'Try' not 'install' on my creative cloud Panel even if I am a Subscriber CC
Why can I only 'try' hearing CC and After Effects and Illustrator CC, in my Panel of cloud creative when I'm connected, and yet I can 'install' other apps available?
When I go through the Adobe Download Center web page, it gives me the option to "Download", then appears as installed in my control panel CC.
Is there a limit on the number of Apps you have installed on a computer with a subscription of the CC?
The 'Try' option gives you a 60 day trial period?
I was under the impression that a creative cloud subscription allowed me access to any product of Adobe...
I really need access to a wide range of most Adobe applications, not for a trial period. That's why I chose the monthly subscription of creative cloud.

On the creative cloud desktop application, you will get only installation option for CS6 versions if you have an active subscription to creative cloud under your email address.If you have Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium Suite, the option will be unavailable.
You can download the Suite at the bottom of the link and install it with your serial number

Make sure you download the right version and ASP, or even serial number will not accept.

At my wits end, try to install the office creative cloud for the last 4 days
I'm trying to download the office cc on an iMac OX 10.10.3 running version. I upgraded especially to try to install cc after having problems. The upgrade means I lost iPhoto / an upgrade due to VM Fusion necessary (I need to run Adobe CS 5.5 for Windows, which is an upgrade of a product I bought until I'm Mac). I spent the last 4 days round in circles on the forums. I have used the CC cleaning tool, past internet service (because at one point, I got an error 201), disabled WIFI, discarded all my Adobe existing facilities (including Adobe CS 5.5 for Windows) and off the Mac several times in the last 4 days in the last 4 years. Desktop CC is (I think) just a 3 MB file. Can't someone just send a file/exe. I tried to access the direct file on a link suggested by a member of the staff of Adobe on the forum, but access has been denied. I want to get Windows on my Mac. I just want a trial of photoshop and lightroom. Please help.

Why can not install some applications creative Cloud on my PC at home?
Recently, my employer has sprung for creative cloud. I was very happy to use it at work. Given that I do a fair amount of work at home, it is particularly useful.
Or it would be if I could figure out how to install all the software I need . I was able to install five or six apps already (Photoshop, Dreamweaver and bridge among them), but I have the following problems:
- Fireworks: crashes at 54%, completed by the centuries of centuries. (I waited three hours)
- Creation: Downloads completely, but then said "Waiting."... "for ever and ever. (I've waited 2 h 30)
Ironically, I have aninstalled my older versions of these programs specifically because CC makes it obsolete. My PC is powerful enough to run this software, but I don't really know how to move forward. I tied up my computer the last two nights trying to install these items and don't have a clue what to do.
Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to provide more information, such as pull an error log, or what you have.

According to the newspapers, it seems that installation hangs during repair of the Adobe help.
Could you move the folder C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe helps on the desktop and then continue the installation and check.

I realized that I had a message to update for a while then when I checked, I found that the app CC was missing. I downloaded and installed the application, but it will not update of software. In the creative cloud Panel, the only options I get are the Home tab to check the activity and the Stock tab. The applications tab is missing. How can I get that back so I can update photoshop and lightroom?

Pre-installed applications of CC (2014) are not displayed in Creative cloud Panel
Hi, I'm under creative cloud on an iMac 2009 end 27 ", latest version of Mac OS X installed Yosemite.
All applications I use (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), I had installed via installer creative cloud, but for some reason any they appear is no longer in the Panel as installed (Acrobat DC always there)
Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign all work always perfectly, but I'm unable to update (obviously)
Reset, did not work, reinstalled creative cloud (and no individual apps) did not work, and when I click on install it started redownloading again (which I really don't want to have to do)
Any tips or suggestions?
In the Cloud creative application, change the Setup for different English language.
For Ex: English (North America) in English (International)
Then check with the applications tab.
If it still says: install change again instead of updated parameters.
Note: Let me know if you recently made to the Adobe directory under application Support / Adobe.
As remove or rename the caps folder or the Media.db file?

I just tried to install the Adobe Creative Cloud trail and the apps tab does not work and I tried to uninstall several times and nothing. Any suggestions?
An error keeps poping up on creative cloud without work and it's really annoying that I can't use it anymore or even try anything at all.

I recently used Migration assistant to transfer to a new macbook pro and when I try to use Photoshop, I get an error message telling me to download and install App Office creative cloud so I do and it begins to it out craps and gives the same message over and over.

Migration wizard does not work in the case of Adobe applications.
Please, try the following steps:
- Uninstall Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
- Reboot the computer.
- Install the latest Adobe Creative cloud version from the link: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

Hello world
I recently did a clean install of Windows 10 and can not get and Adobe for working software.
Creative cloud is installed and works very well from what I see.
When you ask to install an app, it will download the entire program, but the entire computer freezes when he goes to retrieve it.
I'm on Windows 10 (64-bit), AMD HD7970 GPU with 15.7.1 drivers.
I can't work on how to solve this problem. Any ideas? I need to work!

I found a post from another guy who had the same problem in January, and he has worked it's shock wave breaking installation.
I've installed shockwave separately first, restarted the computer, and then installed very well since creative cloud Panel applications.
