  If you are unable to connect to the iTunes Store on your Apple TV, take a look at the troubleshooting steps below:

  You attempted to open a document v5 of Pages via the file picker Pages ' 09. Exit Pages ' 09 and then double-click on the same document to open it in Pages v5. You will not have this problem on iOS, because iOS Pages or Pages for iCloud open the two versions of the documents.

  To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  Note When you perform a clean boot, you may temporarily lose some functionality. When you start the computer as usual, the function returns. However, you may receive the error message, or you can experience the original behavior.

  Follow the steps below to put your computer in a clean boot state:

  Note If the computer is connected to a network, network policy settings may prevent you from following these steps. We recommend strongly that you do not use System Configuration utility to change startup options on the computer, unless a support engineer Microsoft directs you to do so.
