  I have attached a code simplified showing what looks like a bug to me. Any help would be appreciated!

  It looks like a bug to me as well. Also, unlike other screw Express, you do a right click on it and select open the face before seeing what the problem is. It's pretty simple to find a work around. I converted to a waveform, has obtained the t0 and handed that back as the timestamp for the signal of slected.

  How to set the time in a date field? time is obtained as a string.

  well you can not set the time in the date field.  the date data type allow only data in a specified format before. It is designed like that.  If your issue is resolved now?

• Cannot set the password for hard drive on the W530 with Intel SSD 520

  Hello

  I have a w530 with an Intel SSD 520 in primary hard drive Bay. Whenever I try to set a password for the primary hard drive, it doesn't stick. If I chose master + user or simply user, I will enter the password, it will take the passwords without producing an error and then just dump back me to the screen of passwords while leaving the disabled hard drive password.

  BIOS is on the latest version for the w530 and SSD, the machine seems fairly normally operate differently.

  Does anyone have ideas how I can activate the password? Thank you!

  I did some research and came across this thread of Intel. There are a few people in the thread who were able to set the password on this particular drive. It seems that changing the BIOS "SATA" compatibility mode, set the password, restart, and then change it to "AHCI" worked for some, but not all customers with this player.

  Hi people, this is my first post here. I have searched the forum for an answer but couldn't find it so please forgive me if I missed it and write the question again.

  I'm trying to get better performance from my pc. I am running a quad core C.P.F. and try to set the affinity for certain programs are not not multi thread. (PC ONLINE EVERQUEST GAME 2)
  I managed to channel some programs, but when I try to set the affinity for Everquest I comes up with an error message.  'ACCESS DENIED '.

  I found a page that had a work around, but I could not quite work on what they were saying.

  If you know an easy way to do it could you help me please.

  After you re-create the entire page with all the model, view, and components of the plant, I've been able to debug this problem.  Did I mention that the stack trace showed no custom objects?

  The problem occurs when calling the createRow on VO method.  I found that the createRow method is missing from the base class of the class VOImpl EOImpl and I could not check the Create method on the properties of the OS window.  So I unchecked the check box generate the Java file and saved.  Then I went back and found that I could then check the Create method, but the method has not been created.  So I manually created the method createRow in the class of EOImpl and everything works as expected when it is deployed on the server now.

• Filter for table data, the range of data obtained and defined 2D

  I produce data of an ultrasonic sensor at 1 K Hz, and there is a lot of data (data points range of 0 to 10). However, in some cases when I know that the data should be about 7 (for example) I get outliers (about 9 and 10). Is it possible to define a filter for data in the defined range.

  I averaged the data to get an average value, and outliers are distorting. In the worst case, my outliers are 30 to 40% of the data generated. I created a filter to sort the data and, taken from the lowest value. I stop the loop when data reaches a value greater then 9. But this seems to take a long time (because the loop checks for each data point and there are 1000s of them).

  Is there a better way to filter data and define a predefined table range to collect?

  I enclose my filter.vi... and a set of samples of my previous data. The ranges of data of 10-8 and would like to have the range 7.5 to 8.5 to consider. The sensor records tension here and the problem can be solved by installing a different type of sensor, but if a filter in LabView can due it, the sensor that we use now is absolute.

  I am in kind of emergency, my design in unfinished because of this problem, if someone can find some time to share some suggestions, I will be grateful.

  See attachment.  I have incorporated the data you've posted in the vi.  It doesn't seem like any data were less than 8.7 or so, so I modified the scope so it would be a few points on average.  Some games were completely out of reach while the average came back like NaN (not a number) due to a division by zero.

  I use a custom scale, and it seems that I can not get an accurate reading.  I use a shunt current of 100 Ma (max 10A).  So I custom balance setting to have 100 x + b.  The current flowing in the device is 2 amps and I get a reading of 12-13 amps after custom scale.  Now I think the module is configured to sample for the entrance of 10V and I get an error of resolution.

  Since your custom scale is 100 x, to work on the beach of +/-200 mV to your NI 9205 module you must configure your input signal of maximum and minimum range for +/-20 respectively.

  According to the equation: Range.max * scale.slope = 200mV * 100 = 20V

  This will automatically configure to the scope of the module +/-200 mV to verify you can access the channel DAQmx property node and look for the analog input > General Properties > advanced > Range property, this will let you know in what range is the functioning of the device.

  So you're saying that file names could be, for example, hotdog4.txt for hotdog15.txt?  Well, you can look for in an orderly series, numerically and alphabetically, with two periods between the first and the last item, as in name:hotdog4.txt... hotdog15.txt

  Interestingly, Windows by default notice when the names correspond to a digital frame and so will sort hotdog4 to hotdog10 and so on, despite 4 being a number greater than 1 Prime figure 10.  I found a reference to this topic (but do not disable anything probably, just for the pleasure of reading):

  Important: Enable UAC after you complete the steps.
   
  Step 2: If the problem persists, try to set the parental control in safe mode and check the result. If you are able to apply settings in safe mode, this means that some program is causing this problem, mainly the security software.

  I'm trying to set a value for a range by script selector but without success.

  Here is my line of code:

  the error I get is "Undefiened is not an object.

  Maybe the property method does not work for the range selector.

  Looks like you're missing a few steps. A host of text is included in the Group of text animations. A range selector is in the Group of selectors of text. Each of them can be referenced by name or index (you can have several animators and selectors).

  I recommend you google and download the script "GimmePropPaths" from Jeff Almasol. Invaluable for this kid to reference.

• Try to set a different "vision" for each folder in Windows Explorer - I have Window 7

  I have Windows 7.  I'm putting each file in Windows Explorer to a specific view (for example 'list', 'Large icons', 'Détails', etc.) and I want that this point of view to apply to a single file, and I want this file to show in the view selected every time that I access.  And I want to be able to define different views for different folders.  But every time I have to change the view in a given folder, it keeps this view of every folder I open it.

  I clicked on 'Tools', then 'Folder Options', but I don't see anything that helps.

  How to set different views for each individual file?

  I'm a fool lol.  I realized that I had copied my entire "My Documents" folder by mistake in the 'Documents' library, rather than simply copy a shortcut in my 'Favorites' (which is what I intend to do).  And I had tried to change all my folders by accessing them through the library instead of via the location of origin in 'My Documents '.  And the library does not change the display of each specific case.  This is why the buttons 'Apply to folders' and 'Reset records' shady and would not allow me to push, because I was in the library.

  In any case, it's all good now.  Now that I'm accessing the files from their original location in 'My Documents', it's to let me change the display of each individual file.

  Thank you very much for your help.  Without you me through these steps, I would not have stumbled on the problem.
