Try to STOP the constant evolution of my screen background image

Please forgive me for his appearances in this forum bareheaded, but I ripped all my hair in total annihilation.

No matter what I cannot do Win7 to stop changing my wallpaper every few minutes. I even took each picture on all the issues referred to in the window "Browse image" on the "customization" Page and AGAIN it search images and load new every few minutes. I've got pictures "erased ALL" on the page of customization without result.  I tried to change the frequency of changing the image at once every day, but even THAT can't help the recovery cycle.  I even entered in user/AppData files and deleted all the files of themes, only to have quickly rebuild themselves.

ARRRGGHHH... brilliant someone has ideas how to whip this Windows 7 in submnission?

Hello Seatac33,

Thank you for visiting the Microsoft answers community.

-Right-click Office
-Click on customize
-Down - click wallpaper

Make sure has only a tick in the context that you are wanting to view. If you have check marks next to several images, it automatically creates the slideshow.

Hope this helps Chris.H

    Hi Maree33,

Let's run Windows Update and make sure that you have all the latest patches and service packs loaded.  In Internet Explorer click Tools then Windows Update and follow the instructions.

You can also give a quick call Dell and see if this is a common problem with their OEM version.

  • Scrolling doesn't stop on the lower edge of browser if background image is larger (Version 2015.1)

I've just upgraded to the new Muse-Version 2015.1. Now it seems that when editing my site Web (overview and catalyst) scrolling doesn't stop down browser.

Scrolling does not stop until the edge of the background image is reached (which is greater than the content).

It's a little hard to tell from the screenshot, but it seems that you have not set filling of the Page or the browser fill and drew instead of boxes and filled fo the semi-transparent box page, and the graphic that is in the background, or perhaps it is a placed image arranged behind everything else? If Yes, it is certainly not what you want to do the filling of browser and you'd probably also be better to use the filling of the Page.

Click on the words "Browser-deflector" and then click on the folder icon to set a browser fill for your background image, select delete the image that is currently in the background so you can see filling of the browser.

    Hi Miaronald,

Since when are you facing this problem?

First, restart the computer and check if the problem persists

Step 1: The computer in the boot and a test

Follow step 1 in the link below,

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem.

Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.

After find you the program that is causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program, if you rarely use that you should consider uninstalling the software.

Important: n ' forget not the computer to start normal follow step 7 in the link.

Thank you, and in what concerns:

  • does ne1 now the html code to define a background image = no repetition, a Center for dreamweaver or where?

Im trying to set up a about me page such as myspace.com, I know in myspace you can set the center of the image background not repeat is possible in the testament with dreamweaver?

    Hello

Yes, it can be done using CSS.

You can place it in your code, just before.
Just replace your image for mypicture.jpg.

    -OR-

Alternatively, you can do so using DW (as an Assistant) dialog boxes.
If you have DW8 or CS3... or MX2004, if my memory serves, you can right click on
    your page in design view.
    Select CSS Styles > new
A CSS Rule dialog box opens.
Select the tag, and then in the label box, type of body.
You can choose if you want to add the CSS on this page (as the code
above) or a style sheet linked to the page. If you want to use the CSS
on several pages, it's a good idea to use a style sheet. Then you can do
changes in a place that affects all pages linked to that style sheet.
When you click OK, a new box will open where you can set your CSS.
Select "bottom" of the sidebar and fill in the areas is free enough
    statement of reasons.

    I hope this helps.

    Take care
    Tim
