Got "the page you are trying to access is not valid." When trying to access the document
We have an EchoSign document already sent to the clouds to Adobe via API v20, after successful sending that get the URL to access the document. And in our application that is a cluster with two application servers, say a server and Server B and send the document to Adobe via the server. Now, when you try to open the URL of the document from Server A, it is well; but when you try to open the URL of the server B, it reports that "the page you are trying to access is not valid.". Any idea on this? For Server A and Server B, the URL is the same, is not why this happens.
Hello Usman,
We have already solved the problem. That's the problem on our side. :-)
Thank you

-What are you referring to "icon on the home page disappeared?-What exactly is the problem you are experiencing on your computer?-You are aware of any changes made on the computer before this problem? For the problem with the files in the documents folder issue, I suggest you follow the steps mentioned below:Step 1: Microsoft Safety ScannerTry to run Microsoft Safety Scanner for any malware or spyware infection and check if it helps.

Hi KenHallett,
I would continue to use the OCR software that you downloaded if it does not work for you. You can also try to download the drivers and full software functionality from another computer to see if you have the same problem.

Simply run the Windows Explorer on my Vista (desktop computer) machine and try to view or otherwise access My Documents directory on my Windows 7 computer crashes Windows Explorer (computers are connected at home). Messages event viewer the following:

I tried several things to cure the problem without success. My last attempt was to create a new directory on the Vista computer on the Windows 7 computer. I then copied some files (using the Windows 7 machine) from the Documents directory on your Windows 7 computer to the new directory and was able to access it from the Vista computer. I transferred then all the files in the Documents directory to the new directory (again on the Windows 7 computer). Then, I deleted the Documents directory and renamed the new directory of Documents. However, when I try to access the Documents directory on the Windows 7 computer from the Vista computer, explore crashes as before (see more top job Event Viewer). Windows 7 computer is currently running Windows 7 Home Premium, and SP1 is installed as are all Windows updates. I am able to access the directories music, Photos and videos on the Windows 7 computer from the Vista computer.

I got a message on my computer saying that someone was trying to access my registry on Vista Home Basic and to scan my computer. I scanned my computer completely and there is nothing abnormal. Why I would get a message like that?
What the message says?
If he asked for personal information such as password, username, etc.,
It's a scam.
If he suggested that let it with access remotely while it might fix your problem, etc.
It's a scam.
If he was asked to make his service for a price,
It's a scam.

Hi Katmandu774,
Welcome to Microsoft Answers Forums.
The Public folder is a convenient way to share files that are stored on your computer. You can share files in this folder with other people using the same computer and with people using other computers on the same network. Any file or folder you put in the folder Public is automatically shared with the people who have access to your Public folder.
If you are not on a domain, you can limit network access to the Public folder so that people with a user account and password for this computer. To do this, turn on sharing protected by password.
- Open the network and sharing Center by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, click network and Internet, click network and sharing Center.
- Click the arrow next to password protected sharing, and then click one of the following options:
· Turn on password protected sharing
· Turn off password protected sharing
- Click apply. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
To control the level of access to the Public folder
- Open the network and sharing Center by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, click network and Internet, click network and sharing Center.
- Click the arrow next to public folder sharing, and then click one of the following options:
· Turn on sharing so anyone with network access can open files
· Turn on sharing so anyone with network access can open, change and create files
· Turn off sharing (people logged on to this computer can still access this folder)
- Click apply. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Also, make sure you add everyone to the public folder and give the necessary permissions to access it.
