  you don't need the original version to install an upgrade.

  After you enter the serial number of your upgrade (and does not find a previous version installed), the installer will give you a drop down you can choose your product calling (the original version of incopy).  you will then be asked for the serial number of the original version.

  Enter the correct number at the right time and to proceed with the installation.
