I am not a novice in computer science and have used different versions of Premiere Elements version 3 on since 10 years. I also have Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 and Adobe Lightroom 4.1 on my system. I wonder if there is a conflict with another program, perhaps something totally independent of first Elements10. Something is perhaps the PE10 triggering, forcing him to lose that extra content, indeed, was installed.
