  After nealy 3 hours to dig my laptop to get answers, I literally stumbled upon the answer to my question.

  I downloaded all available sound updates and inside the last of them was control of the microphone.

  A little tweaking and everything was back to an assembled recording device.

  Hiya, people. I'm SO happy to have met this forum. I need some serious advice with a purchase of Craigslist lightning. This morning, I picked up a DesignJet 450 c with legs/stand and a JetDirect 300 x print server. I did a quick Google search to see if the printer would work with my Macbook and the answer * seems * Yes, it will, using Gutenprint. I could not test the unit out before I forked over the money, but I have fire and managed to load paper, scroll the lightshow market, etc. Worst case, I can sell it on Craigslist.

  To check the version of the BIOS press F10 immediately after you turn on the laptop. Enter the BIOS and on the front page, you should see the version of the BIOS, something like this: F.26.

  Is a God thing to download the chipset drivers and install them.

  Hibernation issues could be related to the video driver. Download the latest video drivers (Intel and ATI/AMD). When installing them, please uninstall the current version, restart the PC, then install the new version. Restart the PC.

  I have a desltop installed SP3 x 64 XP and a laptop with seven x 64 SP1. In both the machine that my backups fail. I'm trying to back up data by using boats to storage, backup Windows also is failling. I'm taking a full backup on a USB external drive (2 TB).

  I did "vssadmin list writers" and showing several writers are in the failed State.

  I've done SFC/scannow, it did not help. There is no error in the disk and Chkdsk.

  I don't know how VSS works and how to solve the problem. Help, please!

  Before you stat is working on this issue make sure that the volumes have no system disk/file error. Run Chkdsk and ensure.

  (1) in the case of a failure of backup/writer, we first check the drivers associated with the VSS backup.

  These drivers are:

  SWPRV. DLL

  -Check the version of above mentioned MS 3 files and update using MS Hotfix.

  I ordered a 5/2. Asked me to send documents for verification. I sent the college ID through a case that was opened by a representative in a conversation. It's been almost two weeks now and I haven't heard anything yet. I tried to start a new Cat several times and were left waiting for someone to answer each time.   Hi, I need help with a mucow file. It seems to be a simple task, but I can't seem to make it work. Someone with experience in javascript can easily solve this problem. I'm not that proficient in it. Still just a rookie.  Well, in any case this code I am including is basic stuff mucow, with a single line of javascript code.  Please help me thank you.  I think I need to remove a class or a span dynamically with javascript, but I do not know how...   You're right, the jQuery selector must be modified to search for list items with empty span elements, non-empty list items. Try to use something like:

  $("#{param_itemUID}").find("li:has(span:empty)").remove();)
