UCCX 8 VOIP Monitor Subsystem - off Service

All,

Updated 701 (SR5) CCX to CCX 8.0.2 Premium HA activated. Both servers were in SERVICE. A Patch have upgraded to UCCX 8.0.2SU1. Noticed that VOIP Monitor Subsystem on both servers to list as OUT of SERVICE. Downgraded to CCX 8.0.2, always get this subsystem OUT of SERVICE.

RTMT, it displays the following error:

% MIVR-SS_VOIPMON_SRV-3 - VOIP_OPERATION_ERROR:VOIP subsystem operation error: Module Name = LRMConnection.readMSG, an accurate description of a trace = erroris:, Exception = java.io.EOFException

Anyone Kow how to solve this problem?

Thank you.

Hello

I suggest you to restart the two boxes using the command 'restart System utils' and see if it helps to resolve the issue.

Waiting for the master server at the first reboot until it comes completely, and then restart the secondary zone.

LRM keeps the value of active LRM in the form of a key in the LDAP database(Calabrio's). And all the services/clients use this key to determine which server LRM, they have to connect to.

Then when the VoIP LUN SS is looking for this key in it is the own Server LDAP database and is unable to connect to this server in the key, this means that it is either the IP address of the IP address of inactive server(Slave's) LRM or they have problems of network/firewall connection between the two servers.

Could be several reasons such as questions in the data base LDAP, no update of CVD, or simple connectivity problems.

For the moment, do the following step by step:

    1) Restart the LRM service on the Master Node(Node 1)

    2) Restart the LRM service on the Slave Node(Node 2)

    3) Restart the LDAP Monitor on the Master Node

    4) Restart the LDAP Monitor on the Slave Node

    5) Restart the CCX Engine on the Master Node. (Note, this will failover the mastership from the Node 1 to Node 2)

    6) Once the Engine is up on Node 1, restart the CCX Engine on the Node 2 to fail the mastership back to Node 1

This should ensure that the key to the address of the Active Server LRM is reset in the nodes (no problem in cardiovascular disease, on the other, you must restart the server after you complete the steps above considering).

  • Satellite A200 - 1 M 8: the monitor shuts off and cannot back up to Vista

    Hello

I have the Satellite A200 - 1 M 8 with original Vista. Sometimes, I have some problems with the display (I have the latest drivers).
The monitor turns off (not as usual but it is gray instead of black) applications flow normally (I hear the music of film, this) but I can't get back into windows.

When I push button hibernation and I try to go back to windows, I see the blue screen then the computer resets.

It happens very often and is really frustrating because my internet disconnects and downloads.

I don't think that the temperature is too high because I think it's cool. How to fix this?
Maybe some graphics settings or new BIOS?

Please help me. I can't stand it!

  • Monitor suddenly off past - Satellite M70

    Hello

I bought an M70 Satellite a few days. While suddenly using System Monitor turns off like Eve, but system is still active because I can hear the sounds, etc, when I press keys on the keyboard. It does not come even if I move the mouse or press the keys etc. I only managed to get the display by sending the system in standby mode and reopen. It seems that the monitor remains powered but black. I had the same problem when you use ubuntu linux on system so I don't think it's a driver problem. Also I tried to update the bios, but I already have the current version. I'd appreciate any idea about it.

    Hello

On this path, it is not easy to say what the problem may be, but first check all (monitor power off) power management settings and other things that can cause switching off monitor.

If your camera has the factory settings it should not happen. Try to change the settings in the management of the power supply for standby and hibernation. Test extensively and if you think there may be some problem please contact your local dealer.

  • monitor turns off for no apparent reason

No matter what I do the monitor turns off

    Hello

    · What is the number and model of the monitor?

    · Have you defined a plan of the power on the computer?

I suggest you to check the physical connection when the monitor turns off.

In addition, update the drivers installed on the computer. You can check the link how to manage devices in Windows XP: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/283658

While I'm working I suddenly black screen and stays going this way. If I press the power button on the monitor power off, then on, I see a message auto detect (analog input). This means that the monitor cannot synchronize the signal it receives from the computer. Either the signal is too low or too high for the monitor to use. Check the resolution as the frequency.

  • Windows 7 double monitors - turn off a monitor causes Office to reorganize resulting in substantial losses of productivity.

I have 2 monitors connected to a card nVidia FX 580 running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. A monitor is linked via DVI and the other through DP (Display Port).

If I turn off the monitor of the RFP, I hear the windows sound indicating the material has been "deleted." When I turn on the monitor, I hear the sound of new hardware, windows re - detects the monitor as if I just installed it and my layout any icon on the desktop and all the windows, I had open are then all rearranged and takes a long time, re-organization to come back to where I was.

I leave my PC on 24 hours a day for several reasons - and for years have always just had my monitors turned off when you are not using it.

I need to be able to turn off my monitors without windows deciding that I "removed" a monitor.

I work for a software company of medical imaging, where we provide the complete hardware and software solutions for use in radiology departments in hospitals. These systems are usually 3 or 4 connected monitors, all via DP these days. Due to the possibility of the desktop users get messed up, if they happen to turn off a monitor, we can not install systems with Windows 7.

While many may see this as nothing more then a disadvantage, it is a show-stopper as what we concerned. Yet as I have not found a viable solution to this problem.

So here's the question: how to disable this new behavior in Windows 7 and allow him to understand that the monitor has not gone away and that the Office should not be changed simply because the monitor is off?

    Thank you.

I wrote a small utility to fix this problem. It is still very thrown together, but Open source, so you can compile sources if you have security problems.

I hope it works for you!

    Hey mate,

If you have the same problem on an external monitor I think that it s related to the motherboard or something else. He should t be a problem of the internal screen I think

It's really hard to say something about it, but you can try to update the display driver and BIOS. The two you can find on the Toshiba site.
    Check it!

In addition, it would be interesting to know what operating system you are using. Operating system preinstalled Toshiba?

  • "Error 49 - Turn Off Service, then press"-M251nw LaserJet200

    HP Laserjet 200 - M251nw series

    OS X 10.7.5

    The printer keeps displaying:

"49 Service error - turn power off then on.

I bought the printer a Best Buy only 4 days ago new.  Only the first night the printer work properly.  I installed it on my wireless network and never plugged the USB cable during installation, as suggested in the installation guide.  As I said, the first night, it was fine.  Printed everything fine, apps worked top (still do actually), and the printer I slept very well that first night.  He never woke up (as I know).

Now, he will not sleep.  Nothing has changed on my computer, but now I have the "49 Service error."  I have no way of knowing what that means that even.  She will run her mistake, and if I don't get to her in time (only about 30 second window turn off while he says this), it will turn off and restart.  After reboot, it shows the homescreen very well for about 3 minutes, then gives "ERROR 49", and the cycle starts again.  This happens about 50 times a day now.

I unplugged for several hours at a time, the printer will behave for about 30 minutes, and then start the cycle again.

I turned off the wireless on this subject, still happens.

I checked and ran an update of the firmware on it, still happens.

I turned off the wireless on my computer (just in case he called to the printer), still happens.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers on the computer, still happens.

On another note, I have to reinstall the drivers, whenever I want to print it seems.  If I let it sit for a day, the computer can't find the printer.  Even if that nothing has changed.  I do not close my computer, if the drivers are not lost, I turn off the printer (I try to let him sleep, but it will not), but when I go to print, the printer "can not be found", and the document will sit for 15 minutes before giving the impression that and start troubleshooting.  Even while the computer and the printer are on the same network. To get an impression, I launch a round of restarting my computer after uninstalling the drivers and unplug the printer power cord.  After that I feel, the printer is fine for about 20 minutes, then again any mistake about me.

I am very frustrated with this situation.  I'd like to think that just, I have a printer of bum, because the print quality is really outstanding on this thing, and that's exactly what I was looking for, but I can't deal with this much more.

    Help, please!

After hours of messing around with these printers, here is how I solved the problem of the 49 service error...

I unplugged the network cable from the printer, then created a network of peer to peer directly from the printer to my laptop. I had to manually assign an IP address from my laptop.

For example: the printer had a manually assinged IP of 192.168.10.45. Subnet: 255.255.255.0. Default gateway: 192.168.10.1

I plugged a cable ethernet directly from the printer to my laptop and assigned to my laptop the following IP model:

    IP address: 192.168.10.35

    Subnet: 255.255.255.0

    Default gateway: 192.168.10.1

Then I logged on the interface chart user of the printer by typing 192.168.10.45 in Internet Explorer. Under the 'Network' tab, I clicked on "Advanced" in the left menu.

Then I unchecked all the "features" except "IPv4", "DHCP" and "printing 9100. Let those audited.

After clicking 'Apply', I have connected the printer to the network and everything works great.

I guess you can reactivate the other feautures to please "Airplay."

Don't know why HP comes with all these processes... He has this hassle and creates so many problems.
