UCCX Supervisor Desktop skills groups lack

For a particular team, I do not see the list of the CSQs in section groups Cisco Supervisor Desktop skills. I can see the CSQs for other teams, not just a particular team.

I checked the configuration of this particular team, it does not appear any other froom the other teams.

UCCX 8

You have CSQ assigned to the team? Have you tried to not trust it, saving and then re-assiging once again?

  • Agent Supervisor desktop view

    Hello

I am running UCCX 8 and have strange question in Supervisor Desktop with the display of the name of one of the officers.

For all other agents information captured in the end-user (on CUCM8) for the family name, first name fields is displayed correctly in office. However, I have an agent where he showed a completely different name to what is entered in the entrance to the end user!

Someone has any ideas as to where else it might be pulling this information from or why it displays incorrecly for an agent, however, the other 30 are correct?

    Thank you

Three things that you can try before calling the TAC on this one:

    1. Remove the Extension from the IPCC since the account end user at the Complutense University of MADRID, then click Save. This will remove them from the database of the CCX. Add the extension and save again. It will re-enter the CCX database agent.
    2. With the office administrator, you can perform a manual refresh of the Services Configuration > synchronization Directory Service.
    3. Restart the server CCX.

Sorry for the brevity; the process backstage is pretty well hidden from our view. Just be sure that the agent shows correctly in the administration interface of the Complutense University of MADRID; from there, it's a bug somewhere inside the CCX.

  • Cisco Supervisor Desktop can receive calls?

    Hello

In my scenario, supervisors may need to answer calls during peak periods. I don't think the Cisco supervisor's Office offers this possibility. Please correct me if I'm wrong. If I have to install the Agent's Office and Supervisor Desktop on the same machine to achieve?

    Thank you very much

    Mike

Yes. CDD can answer calls. First of all, CAD Cisco Agent Desktop must be started prior to CSD. The CAD name control. Thus, if the contractor is part of the CSQ, then calls would come to CAD. As part of the installation of the CSD, CAD must also be installed.

  • Desktop icons and lack of startmenu

Something happened after my last reboot... and now my office just has an image quite fall, NO start menu, NO desktop icons, nothing.  It's like my current wallpaper covered (or hidden in some way) on my screen.  The last thing I did was to change my properties (topic, etc., I wanted to just look at a different background for awhile).  Everything was going well, I'm really good on execution of the antivirus, my disk, defragmentation, etc cleanup scans my PC (XP Pro, about 10 years old) is slow, but works well.   I had to reboot due to a security upgrade and subsequently, the OLD background came (autumn leaves, which was my experience about 4 months ago (why?), I change my desktop background every month, so why this old came after the restart, "ghost in the machine", I guess.)  The only thing I can do to access what all is to ctrl-alt-del to get the Task Manager and run commands from there (new task), not exactly the best way to do things, better than nothing.  Just before the restart, I did a symantec full virus scan, and everything seemed OK. Honestly I would just throw the thing out the window, but I just bought a new PC and really just transfer the photos from my child (ONLY of the COPIES I have about 2000 of them) and some documents.  I have a clickfree, works very well on the new PC, but does nothing when I plug it into the good old XP Pro PC.  I should just plug my old pc into my new, press a button and be able to transfer all my old stuff - which was anyway the room.  I know the info is there, but I can't to anything except the Task Manager. How can I get my Start menu, the desktop icons, etc., I feel that if I could get rid of this darn background, maybe I could see my real screen again.   I have a Microsoft disc, but when I plug it in, nothing happens.  I'm completely stunned.  I just want to get a start menu, or something so that I can transfer my old files over my new PC.  Can anyone help, pretty please? I can't get to anything, but it's all there, said the Task Manager.  This is of course a new one on me.  If anyone can help, I would be eternally grateful.  Dinner is on me.

what you might try is to launch the task again Manager.

except go to the processes tab and kill all instances of explorer.exe

Then go to the tab and the launch as a new task: explorer.exe

    Hi all

We run a 4 RAC node and due to a physical operation, we had to stop 2 nodes for 2 days.

Once the server is restarted again, CRS and ASM instance works fine, but when the instance starts BECAUSE it crashes at the opening of the database with a "ora-03113 end of file on the communication channel.

Examining the alert.log on these instances, you notice the following error message:

    ORA-00312: threads of 11 2 online newspaper: "+ FLASH/.../onlinelog/group_11...".

    ORA-15001:

Looking at the log of $ V and V$ logfile views active instances, these files seems to be there, but this group is marked as "INACTIVE".

Should be a solution for this group "CURRENT"? Do you have any suggestions to work around this problem?

  • lack of options of remote desktop in windows 8

I can't using desktop connection remote to my new windows laptop 8 to my office pc to windows 7.  I can get all the way to the screen of remote access connection, but when I type my login, it gives me this error "to connect to this remote computer, you must have the journal allow on through Terminal Server right services.»  By default, members of the remote desktop users group have this right.  If you are not a member of the remote desktop users group or another group that has that right, or if the remote desktop user group does not have this right, you must have this right manually. "I am able to connect to my work pc to my old laptop xp of windows without problem.  In this diagnosis, I noticed some missing options in systempropertiesremote.exe.  These two options are missing:

    • Select allow connections from computers running any Version of Remote Desktop to allow connections from any version of Windows.
    • Select allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with NLA authentication to allow connections only from Windows 7 or later computers (and computers with secure network authentication).

Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but any help would be appreciated.

  • Remote Desktop

Hello - we have Windows server 2008. I used to be able to log on to the server remotely. It is now said that,

you me be a member of the remote desktop users group. Otherwise you must be added manually. I am a member of the Group and supposed to have that privilege.  I can log on the server itself. How to manually add myself to be able to remotely connect to again?

  • Windows SBS 2008 - user is unable to RDP in even through that it's in the appropriate groups

    Hi guys,.

Problem: A user has been accidentally deleted from a Windows SBS 2008 server running Active Directory and we have been unable to grant him the rights of RDP - the error message indicates that the account must be granted "logon through Terminal Services right.

The installer: A single Windows SBS 2008 server running hyper-VM with a unique virtual machine on it which manages the TS licenses

    Tried to bugs/more information:

Things that we tried to do to solve the problem (all done via Active Directory users and computers)

    • He added to the administrators and remote desktop users groups
    • He added to the users group to the remote desktop on the virtual machine (the account can now connect to the virtual machine at least)
    • Cloned an existing account on the primary server
    • Removed and added the account through the SBS console and added to the admin and RDP groups (on the dedicated server and virtual machine)

None of them seems to have solved the problem. There are currently 2 free licenses of TS, so I don't think it's a licensing issue.

It's almost as if there is a top group policy setting or similar which replaces the user groups is added to, but I don't know where to look for here.

I've already made sure that the user do not have TS access turned off in the settings of the user's

    Any suggestions?

2 are all the desktop icons and lack of start menu?

    3. what version of Internet Explorer is installed on the computer?

    4. do you see iTunes under installed programs? You are able to open iTunes in the program files directory navigation?

    Try the following steps:

    Step 1:

  • Supervisor of Office STD - login failed!

    Hello

I configured via the different user (supervisor) GUI (appadmin).

The problem is, that the user defined have no rights to the supervisor (this message during the login procedure)

In the directory of DC (domain controller), I always find only one and same user name! This user configured in the GUI (appadmin) to a supervisor - during the connection process the message "password worng" apper! But I also checked the password in the GUI (ccmadmin - user)-without success!

How can I configure a valid user of supervisor?

    Info: The supervisor license is.

    Thanks in advance

    Best regards Martin

    Hi Martin,

You must create your supervisor via the Cisco Office administrator!

Then, you can connect via Cisco Supervisor Desktop.

Note: The password is the same as your username.

  • With or without password for remote desktop connection

    Hi all ^_^

I've got a trick (win 7) & PC (win el maestro)

but now I removed the password until I have find a way to connect without having this problem
can you help me with this?
I read things on empty passwords and security policy and other things, it's about connecting a computer without password
can you help me with this?
I need the boring explanation if you can
    Thank you

    Hello

You can do this, but I do NOT recommend it because in this case if someone has your IP address then could access your windows by using remote desktop. And people could use find find IP of random generator and when there is NO password can access. so please use password and the password to connect.

However, you can configure the setting to connect with empty password:

    1) go to control panel

    2 Administrative Tools)

look 3) to the local security policy

    (4) open and look for security options

    (5) then in account you will see something like "limit local account use of the empty password for console logon only

    (6) try to disable it and reboot your PC

It should work, but as I said, it could put your PC in DANGER.

By design remote desktop requires a password to connect safety precaution. The Remote Desktop user ID and password are the on the computer you want to access and control remote. The user ID must be an administrator or be a member of the remote desktop users group.

If you need create a password for the user ID you want to connect with the help of office remotely.

When I go to access another computer via desktop remotely, it gives me the following error...

"The connection was refused because the user account for the remote access connection is not allowed."

    OK...

So, I found that I needed to do things, like adding groups and what not.

So I went to the screen the system, click on settings remotely on the left side, then in the new window I greeted remote assistance and Remote Desktop (both secure and unsecure option) then I went to select users... Add locations. But all that shows is the computer im. Im stuck please help :D

    "

To connect to a remote computer with Remote Desktop [DRC], you need a user name that is a member of the Remote Desktop Users group on the remote computer, IE. PC - A, for example, or a user name which is administrator on PC - A. The user ID is local to PC - A. The user ID must have a password. On PC - A simply type the name of the standard user in the window enter the names of the objects to select . Click check names to verify that this is a valid username on PC - A.

Now, when you open the connection of the DRC on the remote computer PC - B use the local LAN IP or the NetBIOS name of PC - A and previously set up PC - A user name and password to connect. If your call over the public internet from a remote location using the public IP of PC - A or PC - A is behind a router, the public IP address of the router. In the latter case, you will need to also to the front/open TCP Port 3389 through the router to the IP LAN of the PC - A static method.
