Cisco Supervisor Desktop can receive calls?

Hello

In my scenario, supervisors may need to answer calls during peak periods. I don't think the Cisco supervisor's Office offers this possibility. Please correct me if I'm wrong. If I have to install the Agent's Office and Supervisor Desktop on the same machine to achieve?

Yes. CDD can answer calls. First of all, CAD Cisco Agent Desktop must be started prior to CSD. The CAD name control. Thus, if the contractor is part of the CSQ, then calls would come to CAD. As part of the installation of the CSD, CAD must also be installed.

If something is the cause of this specific problem, then we'll have to deal with this - AFTER you remove the it policy so that we can be sure it does not hinder anything else.

    I am CSD test and were invited to provide access to a web site that tries to open it and insert a Java Applet which enabels user to use a finance app.

    However, I set up the CSD, I get an error when the finance Java applet tries to install.

    Is there a way to allow this Java to be installed on the CSD?

    I try to have calls using my iPhone connected to my MacBook Air, but I have this message "your iPhone should use the same iCloud and FaceTime account.".     Your Skype number is used to receive calls, Skype credit are to make calls, they are not connected somehow, the only way this would happen is if you want to forward your calls, you have to pay for it somehow.

    So bottom line is no, you don't need credits to receive calls to a Skype number.

    It will take several attempts to get the combination of keys ESC (press/release/hold) OK, so be patient. When properly in Safe Mode, thinking... what happened just before this behavior started? A new application? An update? A theme? Something else? Think carefully that the slightest change can be causal... and try to undo all that was.
