  • Flash Media Server & amp; 123flashchat

    Hi all

I have install a chat room using 123FlashChat with activated webcams. Once in the chat room, users can activate their webcams and everyone can see and I can see the connections in the Flash Media Server administration console. Any advice / help appreciated on the following points:

    (a) how can I burn sessions
    (b) how to lock sessions down so that they are only one by one?

    Thank you very much

The FMS is that it does nothing on its own. In order to get your application for registration, it must be programmed to record (there is no switch 'magical' anyone will start recording for you.)

Therefore, you must either reprogram enforcement 123FlashChat to support recording or build a new application which is what you need to. From what you wrote above, my advice would be to build (or a programmer to build on contract) an application that meets your specific needs.

  • RA MEDIA SERVER now on behalf of user 'administrator' on my PC. Have no password.

Last night I removed myself as the user account "Administrator" on my computer... thinking that I could avoid all requests for a password nuisance pop-up whenever I wanted to do something.  Thought I'd just a Director user...w/no 'standard '.

Well... Vista automatically creates a user account called RA MEDIA SERVER, with of course, a protected password that is unknown to all.  I can't do diddly until I can get rid of this account "Administrator".  Does anyone have an answer?

  • RA media server became administrator after changing my standard user account

    What is the password?

RA media server became administrator after changing my standard user account. Now, I can not retrieve my admin rights because he kept asking admin password that I don't know. System Restore didn't help coz' it was not far enough for the moment I changed my standard user account.

I called Dell, but I don't want to pay the support service which costs more than a hundred dollars.

I need some help on how I could get my admin rights back again.

I have no copy of the installers for some of my important software which is why I'm afraid to reinstall the program, or even do a system recovery.

I use a 32-bit vista. The only solution I can think of is to get "system user", but I don't know how.

    Please I need help.

I don't have a "removable media such as USB" to reset forgotten administrator password. What can I do else?

    Hello

Microsoft prohibits any help given in these Forums for you help bypass or "crack" passwords lost or forgotten.

Here's information from Microsoft, explaining that the policy:

Tips from Microsoft in your situation is to reinstall the operating system.

    @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

There are several methods to reinstall Vista.

There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

They should do this for a small fee.

And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.

The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)

    Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.

Ask them to the proper key sequence.

    See you soon.

  • By default the administrator username and password for the Weblogic Server administration Console

I have created a new domain Wizard configuration under windows (with config.cmd).
When you set up the field, I don't check boxes to configure the server administration, server management, cluster...
Just give the domain name and the location of the home field and clicked on create the domain.
So automatically AdminServer is created and domain was created successfully.
Once the domain is created, I started with the administrator of the server with the same configuration Wizard and clicked on fact.

Now, the administrator of the server is started successfully. But I don't know the username Admin and the password I didn't configure it when creating the domain.

So how to connect to the administration Console? What will be the default username Admin and password for you connect to the Management Console?

The Assistant of the STANDARD Config does not have a default password, you must set when you create the domain. It is one of the steps in the config wizard...

  • Flash Media Server 4.5 fails often when I log onto the service as administrator on Windows 2008 R2 for x 64

I recently installed the Flash Media Server 4.5 on my Windows 2008 x 64 R2

Whenever I try to restart the service as an administrator he starts giving problems such as making connection authenticated with Flash Media Encoder Live (I installed the x 64 plugin for authentication which is with v3.2 FMEL)

Please can someone guide me why FMS 4.5 becomes unstable and buggy once I restart the Apache Server and Flash Media Service as an administrator! I need to host files on network drives so I need administrator access... If adobe don't like the administrator name then whats the alternative workaround, for example create usernames?

    Please Guide

One of the solutions I've found is it's to say try doing all the three Services of Windows FMS ( Flash Media Server (FMS) ,Flash Media Administration Serverand FMSHttpd) in the few controller domain or at least the same administrator account.

After doing this first manually stop Flash Media Administration Server. After the Administration Server stops now run the Flash Media Server (FMS), which should automatically launch the FMSHttpd (Apache) Service. Once the two are started, then try to start the Flash media Administration Server.

To make sure that Flash Media Administration Service always begins LAST you can either use the manual Batch file in the boot sequence or can set the "Delayed start" option in the settings of Services.

  • Title and administrator password

I have Windows Vista and now, from today when I try to do anything in the user accounts, the administrator, called RA media server, asks me to put a password, I don't know, to continue with what I want to do.  I tried everything, all of the suggestions, but I've always wondered this password that I don't know.  Why the RA Media Server is the name of the administrator with an unknown password?  I'm a standard user, what is proposed, so under my user account, even though I used to be asked to give permission to continue, and when I said yes, everything was fine and now all of a sudden I have this problem.  I even tried to use the system restore, but even then, I wonder this unknown password so I'm completely stuck!

    Your computer is a Dell?

I found this in my Net travels:

    Q.

I dno butt on vista, but my buddy has a lappy and this morning, he had another account 'RA Media Server' out of the blue, and now its network card does not exist and I was wondering if anyone of you know wtf that is? He can always just re - install, but none of you ever heard of him?

    A.
lol wow guys lets do a little research before you send us. This account is created by Dell remote access software. It's a service Dell offers to allow their remote technicians when contacting them to access issues.

Just uninstall the Dell remote access software and then delete the account.

  • The Dell Openmanager on Esxi5 server administrator

    Guys,

I'm having problems installing software from Dell (Dell OpenManage Server Administrator) in one of our servers that use a VMWare Esxi 5.0 operating system

Dell OpenManage is a software management that allows a proactive monitoring, diagnostics, and notifications on the server hardware.

I'm following the procedure indicated by the Dell documentation:
    http://media.community.Dell.com/en/DTC/attach/omsa6.5%20For%20esxi5_kb.PDF
starting on page 13 (installation of Server Administrator for ESXi).

In the manual, we have 2 ways to do this:

    1. using the vSphere CLI

After it we have this result:

    C:\Program VMware vSphere CLI > esxcli - Server x.x.x.x vib software install/var/log/vmware/Dell_ d

    OpenManage_ESXi_OM650-offline_bundle - 467660.zip
    Enter the user name: root
    Enter password: *.
    Result of the installation
    Message: host is not changed.
    Restart required: false

    VIBs installed:
    VIBs deleted:
    VIBs skipped: Dell_bootbank_OpenManage_6.5 - 0000

    No changes were made.

2 - using the VMware vSphere Management Assistant

Again, we have the same result:

    Enter the user name: root
    Enter password: *.
    Result of the installation
    Message: host is not changed.
    Restart required: false

    VIBs installed:
    VIBs deleted:
    VIBs skipped: Dell_bootbank_OpenManage_6.5 - 0000

Anyone has any idea on what could prevent installation VIB? Attached is the installation package.

    Hello

Please check out the original VIb file and you'll get another VIB file inside by the name Dell_OpenManage_ESXi500_OM700-offline_bundle - 643291.zip.

    Using the vSphere CLI

    1 copy the Dell_OpenManage_ESXi500_OM700 - offline_bundle - 643291.zip
    file to the var/log/vmware/Dell_OpenManage_ESXi500_OM700-offline_bundle-643291.zip.

2 close all comments on the ESXi host operating systems and run the ESXi
    host in maintenance mode.

    3. If you are using Windows, go to the directory where the vSphere CLI
utilities is installed and run the above command
    to step 4.
If you are using vSphere CLI on Linux, run the command in step 4 of
    any directory.

    4. run the following command:
    esxcli - Server
    install software vib d/var/log/vmware /.<>
    OpenManage file >

    5. type the username root and the password of the ESXi host when you are prompted.
The output of the command shows a successful update.

    6. restart the ESXi host system.

Use software esxcli software esxcli or get vib vib list to confirm the installation.

  • HP Pavilion 17 e040us - administrative passwords (Windows 8/HP)

I'm a little confused on the administrative passwords.

I went to my "manage accounts" and he said my name, the type of account I (they is more than one type of account, and if so, that should appear here), listed as "Administrator" and the password protected for Windows 8.  The password that I created to "lock screen" also the password for Adminstator?  I don't remember being asked a password "Administrator"?  I also created a password and have the code for my Microsoft account security.

Also is there such a thing as administrator account for my HP computer?

Thank you and "Happy Valentines Day" for those who celebrate it.

I forgot, what is a BIOS password?

    JoseysGirl,

I do not know which ensures your Internet service; I think that you can open a browser and log as desired.

The main reason for the creation of an additional administrative account on your computer is to give access to your computer, in case your hair into account principal for some reason any and you cannot connect to the computer.  You can always set an account - or, in most cases, retrieve data from account - IF you have a way to enter into the computer in the first place.  The extra account gives you an additional door - like through the garage to your home by using a spare key - you are still in the House, and now you can watch for that other key.

In general the following is true:

    • E-mail services have a method to keep in a safe place in the servers that are used to provide a Web login page to your e-mail.
    • E-mail providers perform backups of emails sent to their servers for each user who has an account and who receives the e-mail to this account.

Possible EXCEPTIONS / Exclusions to the Email backups:

    • E-mail messages that are moved to the trash
    • Emails that are placed in the Spam folder
    • Emails that are "skipped" or forwarded to another account - this depends on if the "leave on server" option.  Thunderbird email is an example of a 'pop' email client - the user has the option or the other copy of local Thunderbird email account (on your computer) OR moving the e-mail server to your Thunderbird account.  If you do not understand what this means, you probably not use e-mail client software, and you can skip the verbiage.

Electronic mail services providers provide an access point for Web page for the e-mail that is addressed to your account.  In other words, you can open a browser, go to the provider's Web page, sign in to your account with the right user name and password by email, and open your email.

    Suppliers of the example:

    Comcast

    Google Mail

    Yahoo Mail

    Microsoft Live account:

Extract from the account registration page:

You can use any email address as username for your new Microsoft account, including their Outlook.com, Yahoo! or Gmail addresses. If already connected you on Windows PC, Tablet, phone, Xbox Live, Outlook.com or OneDrive, use this account to connect.

As a general rule, you can connect to your e-mail account of your computer, since your tablet, maybe from your smartphone, your friend's computer.  You must have access to a "login page" for the email provider, you must have your user name and you know your password.
