Unable to answer the call of the CSQ

We have intermittent problems with some agents are unable to respond to a call for a CSQ. This seems to only happen when the call is transferred to one QSC to another.
Scenario of
The call comes on CSQ1 and Agent1 answers the call.
Agent1 forwards the call to CSQ2.
In CSQ2, Agent2 can see their status is set to 'Reserved' at the office of the Agent, but the appeal does not ring on their phone. The call is still active on the phone to Agent1.
Agent1 can try to transfer again, but the same problem occurs. The call seems to be stuck on the phone to Agent1.
The question is not subject to an Agent or a CSQ, happened on multiple Agents in multiples of the CSQ. The agent is not a resource in both in these situations of CSQ.
We are running:
UNIVERSITY COMPLUTENSE OF MADRID: 9.1.1.20000 - 5
UCCX: 9.0.2.10000 - 71
Devices: IP Phone 7945, SCCP Protocol
Any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated.

Unable to answer incoming calls
I am unable to answer all incoming calls because the display becomes unresponsive. If the screen is blank, it remains empty until the phone rings. If the display is active, it remains active but does not for the duration of the ring. I'm still using Kit Kat 4.4.4. Any help would be appreciated.
See if this helps: go to settings-applications-all, scroll to InCall UI and notifications see the tick.

BlackBerry Smartphones phone continues to go off and not answering the calls.
My Blackberry is about 4 months old and has not been the best phone I have ever had, but does the job or did until this morning and for some reason any when I left the handset of the phone turns off. I am unable to answer the phone when it rings if I left the handset? The torch screen only works, but not as it should be very slow. Does anyone have an idea? Please, I beg you!
It's a good solution, but I would say a battery pull prior to an update of the OS. With your phone, remove the battery, then replace.

It can help to cancel your iPhone in a Bluetooth headset pairing, if it is currently associated with it.

To answer a call on Apple Watch, press answer. If you would rather press the button firmly, it won't answer the call.

If you have not already, try to force reboot the phone by holding down the button sleep and home for 10 seconds, until the Apple logo comes back again. You won't lose any data, but it can cure a few glitches.
If it does not, and to make sure that this isn't related software, set it back to factory settings, without using any data backup later. Set up the rest of the personal settings manually and test the phone.
If it still does not respond, it could be a hardware problem and the phone must be repaired by Apple or an Apple authorized Service Provider:

Can't answer the call of the notification bar
When I use my phone and a call comes in the call appears as a mini bar at the top, as is explained in the guide. However, I am not able to answer the call through this! Please help, I don't get a lot of calls, but I want to be able to respond to those who I have received! It works fine if the phone is idle and full screen comes up. Thank you.
Just click on the blue writing to see. Or if you still have problems to start in safe mode, press the power button / stop and tap on disable. With safe mode, a message will appear.

Runing on CUCM 8.6.2 and preparing an upgrade to v9, we have recently updated our IP phone firmware.
We use the 79xx series. We have updated the firmware to * SCCP41.9 - 3-1 SR 4 - 1 s *
We are now facing a very strange problem that is referenced in the bug below.
When you use the helmet our users cannot transfer an ongoing call or answer a call when ther is already active.
There seems to be a fix in 1.0000 ES27
Does anyone know where this fixed version?

9.4 (2) Firmware was released Friday. There is no release notes for this version, but in tests, it seems that the bug has been squashed.

students unable to enter the answers to quiz questions
I launched our first class and coming up on a problem that I have not met that we tested the course.
I created the course in Captivate 5.
All our learners use their computers to complete the statement, and I have no control on what equipment they use.
A couple reported that they are unable to enter the answers to the quiz question. For example, it will not even let click the buttons for the multiple choice answers. Those who reported the issue seem to have older computers (about 5 years), but say that they have updated to the new version of flash player.
We tested the module on some newer computers, and we didn't have this particular problem at all.
What could cause such a problem?

He need to sit and actually watch users who claim to have these problems. It is likely that what they complain about could be the result of user error. For example, they may have left the scope of quiz at some point after entering the quiz (maybe to dive towards the content of the slides and check one) that would then lock up their quiz slides and avoid answering. If you look at exactly what they're doing, then you will know if yes or not it's really a fault in your course or not.
Just to check if the issue is reached scope quiz, make sure you move backward is disabled in the quiz settings. Which should prevent users from being able to jump away from quiz easily. See if your problems disappear or are significantly reduced.

I'm unable to locate the WORKSTATION. When I had windows 98 that was on my desktop but on my new computer, it is not and I don't know how to locate it. I'm not computer savvy, so I would appreciate if possible very simple instructions. Thank you kindly.
In Vista, 'My Computer' is called 'computer '. 'My computer' no longer exists except as a junction file for backwards compatibility--a folder you will never need access to and shouldn't try again. Click Start (the ORB round to the left of the toolbar at the bottom) and look at the buttons on the right next to the screen. We'll tell the computer. Click on that no matter what you are in Windows Explorer at a very high level. You can also click on your user name to go directly to your user profile, or you can click on Documents to go to your user documents. You can check all the links on avialble at your leisure.

HP Deskjet 3055 has. Unable to see the balance of the ink in the cartridges
I have HP Deskjet 3055 has (3050 all-in-One series of J611). So far, when I clicked on the HP icon on my desktop I have learned how much ink is left in my cartridges. Now I can't learn this - all I can learn from the icon is the current position of any current print job. Also, I used to be able to order the new printing caridges via my HP icon - I think that it is now not possible. What is the answer. I had thought to unplug the printer and then reinsert new with the original CD. This seems a radical step but is it the solution?

When you click on the HP icon on your desktop, is it called the wizard of the printer? How is the printer connected? USB or wireless?
If you are referring to the Printer Wizard and you are unable to access to the 'estimated ink levels' and a 'supplies shop online', then I recommend you to uninstall the software:
Please follow this HP document uninstalling the software of the printer. (If this printer is connected by a USB cable, then disconnect the power cord from your computer.) Be sure to choose your appropriate operating system. Then, please clean the Temp folder on your computer. I'll give you a document here to help you.
Now, install the full features on the site of HP software here. Choose your appropriate operating system. If you are still having the same problem, could you please send a page on this post.
