  I am able to connect to my network, but when I try to connect to others, I'm unable to do. I have their password and my computer SHOWS I have a connection, but actually I'm not. When I try to connect to the Internet, the server is not found. I called the support/supplier for the last network owner and he told me that even if I "thought" I was online, I really wasn't. He said that it is probably a router configuration for that person that does not correspond to my computer. As I was just visiting, of course I didn't mess with their router. This happened to me twice, with once the provider is the same as mine, but the only way I could get connected with a hard link.

  So far, the only thing I did is to see if I could connect to free wireless (municipal library) and was unsuccessful. I think the problem is with my settings, but am not sure. I have to be careful to change anything because I can't afford to lose my connection at home because my job depends on it.

  Any suggestions?

  It is a zipped file.  If you do not have an extraction utility installed, download and install 7-Zip , which can be used to open it so that you can run the Setup program.

  When it is installed, run Commander for free and see if your missing files are now visible.  If they are, right click the folder they are in and select Properties, clear the check box of the "Hidden" box and click on apply to save the changes.  Then close free Commander and check if the folder and the files it contains are now visible in Windows.

  I turned off all firewalls, added the LMHOST file entries and a myriad of other tests and still cannot connect to PC B devices.  I can surf the net fine and do everything else - simply cannot connect to other devices even if these other devices can connect to me.

  I was in there for 22 years and has worked as an engineer on major networks and the network I stem - anyone got any idead. I checked all the basics such as Netbios, file sharing etc etc.

  I want to install Oracle BI Enterprise Edition 11g Windows XP service pack 3.
  I used successfully of the repository creation tool to create the schema DEV_BIPLATFORM.

  What we did was drop the user through the official way to the rcu, re-create the user but this time with a different password (in our case, so DEV_BIPLATFORM/oracle)
  and then we continued without problem :)

• Unable to connect to public WiFi after installing iOS 9.3.1

  Every since the installation of iOS 9.3 and 9.3.1 is impossible to connect to a public WiFi, including Starbucks/Google and Xfinity.  I have no problem to connect to my home WiFI and WiFi in the public library. I was hopeful that installation 9.3.1 could solve this problem, but alas no, I have this problem with both my iPhone and my iPad Air 2 6 more.

  The difficulties of connection on multiple devices would tell me that the network is probably the problem.  It is very unlikely for an air of iPad 2 and iPhone 6 s to have the same problem (even with an iOS update), and you can always connect to your House and some other networks.

  My niece has a laptop of HP under vista32 who cannot access the network wirelessly or wired.  She is in College and needs the laptop on the network as soon as possible for his class work.  I tried to reload the driver wireless driver (Atheros AR5007 b/g) and reset the tcp/ip stack using the command netsh addressed in the microsoft article, but nothing works.

  I brought the laptop to work where we have an unsecured wireless lan (called comments) for visitors and the laptop can go out and find all points of access wireless including comments.  When I select the comments and try to connect it times out and tells me to watch driver and tcp/ip connections.

  Another clue may be that the wireless card does not appear when I type ' ipconfig/all', or the adapter wireless and wired adapters are not displayed:

  In the case where somone has this same question, I wanted to post my final resolution of the problem. I backed up its data and restored the laptop to factory default using HP restore and now everything works fine.  Better I would say loading Zone Alarm on Vista was a bad thing for my niece to do.  Would have been nice to find a magical solution to avoid restoring but never found one.  Even after the alarm zone using their instructions by removing completely, there was apparently a problem with the registry who wouldn't let networks are working properly.  One thing I noticed after that the restoration was the HP Wireless Assistant poped up and told me about available networks, etc.  Assistant wireless didn't pop-up at all whne the cell was dismantled so maybe assistant was broken?  Well, I'm out...

  I can not get the Wi - Fi connection works!  I took all the troubleshooting steps listed for this problem.  Wireless shows that it is active on the screen of the printer and the signal is strong.  When I go through the steps to set up the Wi Fi connection it takes forever to establish a connection, then when I try to connect is says that the network is unavailable.  In addition, the HP Solution Center does not seem to load on Mac OS X.  Is there another way to access the network printer settings?

  What kind of wireless router you have and what devices are connected on it?

  Can you access the printer's internal web page by accessing its IP address?

  If you can browse the printer web page, then we know that the printer is on the network.   The next step is to try to try a simple test only print.  Go to System Preferences and go to the Print & Fax applet.  Press on the + to add a printer and you should be presented with a list of all the printers on your network.  Select the C4580 / Hello 'Use of Print' select HP Photosmart P1100 - Gutenprint v5.1.3 and press 'Add '.  Now check and see if you can print to the printer.

• My monitor pane and preview source are empty

  I PPro CS6 (6.05) on a PC with Windows 7-64.  I installed body on a new laptop about 6 months ago and use this configuration since install.  Today when I started a project, both the source monitor and preview screen are blank.  In other words, when I try to add something in the source monitor, there is no video.  If I move the video and audio to the timeline, I see the horizontal bars for video and audio.  When I scrub through the timeline, I can hear the audio, but there is no video in the preview pane.

  Also, when I export the video, I get the export settings window that opens and I can see the video in this window, and the finished (in MP4 format) video shows the video perfectly.

  I've changed a setting or is there something else?

• Buttons on the dialog and prompt boxes are empty and nothing happens when I click on them.

  Whenever a dialog box or a dialog box appears, all the buttons, or sometimes just the low two (OK and cancel) are empty and nothing happens when I click on them, with the exception of a Web site in which clicking on the white button who normally says 'OK' takes me to a white screen. This does not allow me to access some sites or Web download anything when a dialog box asks me to confirm. So, I also can't start firefox in safe mode or refresh.

  An example is attached. This is what came up when I tried to update to firefox. Nothing happens when I click on one of the buttons at the bottom.

  Hmm. could be a corrupted file was the cause, and it replaced.
