AFTER update to 9.3.1 Unable to connect to the Apple Server
I have updated to iOS 9.3.1 yesterday evening. Now, I can not connect what either. My email does not work. I can not connect to iCloud. Can't apple News.
I tried:
restart the Apple.
Turn off the wi - fi, Apple is restarted.
Disable cell restart of the Apple.
Turn off the two restart of the Apple.
Reset the network settings.
With the help of computer.
If I try to go to updates, all I get is "check failed: there was an error connecting to the server AppleID.
I can connect to iTunes on the computer.

Unable to connect to the online Windows, Office, ITunes Store help
I can connect to the internet without any problem at all.
However, all the other programs who need internet access using files, updates, ITunes store link DO NOT work. I tried to disable the firewall, without success.
This only happens to my PC 64 bit of Windows 7 that I bought a few months ago. My laptop with Windows XP has none of the above problems.

Unable to connect to the app Photos on Apple TV
I'm unable to connect to the application of Photos on Apple TV 4. I opened the app and it tells me to sign in iCloud. I use a Macbook Pro 13 inch, mid-2012 with OSX Yosemite 10.10.5. I had a problem with my network which I cannot connect to the 'http' site in Google Chrome or Safari. It shows ' site is not reachable, refused to sign, ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED '. In addition, I can not connect to Steam and it shows 'code error - 102, unable to connect to the server. "Server may be offline or you cannot be connected to the internet". I can access the App Store, but most of the app doesn't load the image, and it seems weird that I cannot install or update applications from the App Store. It is said "we could complete the purchase. Cannot connect to the server'. Finally, I can connect to the Web site "https" as google.com, facebook.com, youtube.com, and apple.com. I don't know what I was doing before that happens because I'm not all of the firewall settings or IP network since I bought it. I don't even no matter what antivirus installed on my macbook. I do not think that the problem of my wifi because it works fine on my other devices. I try to fix but still have no luck.
Here what I was trying to fix my problem:

2. I have try to change the DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 - still not fixed, worse still, unable to connect all Web sites
3. I try to delete the Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration folder and restart the computer - nothing has changed
4. I try to start safe mode and it works very well and when I reboot to normal, it still happens
5. I try to remove and re-add the Chrome in the firewall settings to allow incoming connections - nothing fixed
6. I try to delete all the data navigation and cookies in Chrome and Safari - still not fixed
7. I try to plug in the ethernet cable, as a first step, it works very well. Then, when I disconnected and reconnected again for the second time, and then he had the same problems.

I'm unable to view or download from the App store apple updates. Everything else in the app store works fine except the updates and the updates, I get 3rd party updates, but nothing from apple. If I click on updates at the top of the app store icon I get the following error

You can try to disable the Sophos websheild and ClamXav if she has one. Even better would be to uninstall both and test.

The last few days during the use of the internet, some Web pages will not be not open. I get a msg of error saying 'unable to connect to the server', but it works very well with other sites such as Facebook and YouTube. This happens when I use Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Yet if I'm in Safe Boot mode it works fine. I exaggerate the App installed VPN and when I am in normal mode and connect to the VPN exaggeration, all Web pages work correctly. I searched the net for days trying to find a solution but nothing I tried worked. I'm not very computer savvy either so don't know much of what I do with this technical stuff. I emptied the caches, but that did not work. Following the advice of an answer to another question on this forum that was similar to mine, I went into the Terminal and performed a diagnostic test. If a problem does not occur when it is started in safe mode, then you have already determined that the problem was isolated to a few 3rd party software running on your Mac. Take a look at the information below to start with the removal of some elements of start-up and connection and see if the problem persists:
Test your login items
Choose the Apple menu > System Preferences, and then click users and groups.
Click on your account under the current user name, and then click connection points.
Make a list of the login items, you will need to remember later.
Select all the elements of connection, and then click the button Delete
.Choose the Apple menu > restart.
If this solves the problem, reopen the preferences users and groups, add the elements of connection one at a time and restart your Mac after the addition of each of them.
If the problem persists, follow the steps above to remove only the last element of connection that you added.

I decided to take my iPhone good ol' ' 3 G out of the darkness to use it as a backup phone in case of any situation, unhappy and unable to connect to the iTunes/App store after several tests. I checked my wifi connection and it worked well on Safari. Someone here has a tip on how to fix? Or has Apple really stop its connectivity on the older iOS app store - are
After seeing your post, I booted up my 3G to test and noticed the same thing. I thought it might have something to do with Date & Time settings. I noticed that, even though 'Set automatically' performed, the phone thought that the current date was in September of last year. Since the App Store will not work if the date and time settings are incorrect and that the phone can't connect to the server to get the right time, I would say that is why you don't get on the App Store (assuming that you also see the anomaly of the moment).
I have an iPod touch 2nd generation, which also iOS 4.2.1 and will test it tomorrow there.

It seems that I solved the problem, but I'm not sure it helped.
After restart of the operating system, the two connections: old and new Cisco via IPSec connection, began to work.

Open Date and time preferences system, Date & time tab. Make sure that it is set to automatically set the time.
