  I suggest to download the latest firmware for the router manually and access configuration page by logging into 192.168.1.1 locally or use of myrouter.local. Here's a helpful video on how to upgrade the firmware manually.

  On the handheld device/s, try to uninstall and reinstall the application. In this way, we are sure that the installed app has the latest version.
