  How can I print multiple different .ai files on a single page in Illustrator CS6? I have all the files organized by organizing Documents > tile all in the grid and I want to print files in this format, so that they can all be seen at the same time when printed on a single page.

  General information, it's that I have 16 drawings of different CAD I converted and edited in illustrator. I do basically a plank-contact with all 16 drawings so that they can be examined on a sheet of paper after printing. Each drawing is in its own unique file but I did not understand how to put everything on one page for printing.

If I change to an Illustrator eps, when I go to change a PhotoShop eps it changes it back then all the Illustrator files open in PhotoShop. I realize that the recommeded to save right now the Illustrator files option is as .ai files, but we have 17 years worth of logos customer Illustrator on files that are all in .eps format. Is there anyway to force the system to recognize them as such so that when we use the function change with in the links Panel, we can open it in the appropriate program?

  To answer the question: Yes, it will work to in InDesign. InDesign relies on the Finder or Explorer to open files related, which depends in turn Soxy do - so if you are "First Edition" on a link to a file imported, EPS Soxy will (default) intervene and ensure that the EPS opens in Illustrator or Photoshop.

  Background:

  I use the font software called Typetool 3 and Illustrator CS5.5.

  I use these on Windows 7, 64 bit.
  It is the entry level published by Fontlab font software.
  This software accepts work through the .eps file format in theory and practice.

  However: he refuses illustrator .eps CS5.5 files.

  When I watched this I came with two very interesting things: first illustrator CS5.5 files are about 13 times the size of the CS5 files of this type (a simple font glyph-comparing a kbfile 29-30 to a file of 420-450 KB in cs5 and cs5.5 respectively).

  Two thing came to watch what these data were (by opening it in a text editor). It seems that some of the data the XMP data, data of illustrators for tracking things like who created the file, right of copyright and other. In info document many of these fields were empty. I don't know that this is not the only question because my exported xmp data are 64 KB big, but it does account for a part of the file.

  Things I've tried:

  By saving the .eps file: remove documents headers, extracts, color backup data, as different versions of the language. Basically it save without any parameters.

  In the save the .ai file: Save without all of the controlled parameters (without compression, pdf editting, ect.) and save it to a different level of illustrator.

  I don't know enough about programming postscript to navigate in the file or delete the offending data. And I don't have time to do during several glyphs.

  As a matter of opinion I don't like that my software is particularly identifying information potentially (which is one of the intentions of XMP data, to provide identification) without notifying the creator, and still less afford to stop from doing this. I have not the spirit or her penalty-except for the fact its messed a workflow based. If someone edited these data without my knowledge, say with a virus or heaven forbid manually, it would also be embarrassing. Have a check that identifies me to send these data would give me something to know if this situation happening in reality. In addition, for a situation such as mine-communication between programs in a closed environment, where no one else is involved, its useless and waste... like putting gold rims on what is supposed to be an ox-cart.

  I plan to go to Fontlab to later this week, because it's as much their question as it's Adobe. I know THAT XMP is both a valuable and popular - technology have a work around for this situation seems this would be a good idea. If necessary I can attach files of work for comparison.

  I save as EPS (Illustrator version 3). This should be compatible with almost any software that supports PSE.

  The csrss process keeps reading disc in my computer for a long time. (Seems it will destroy my drive) Today, I wonder what happens to this topic and use the process monitor to check it out.

  I'm sure that's no virus and malware on my computer, I installed McAfee always and I tried Malwarebytes to find my computer, and no problem.

  So I think that it is other processes causing csrss.exe to query files not exist.

  Another amazing thing is not only my computer, I checked the other computers in my company and my friends, they all have the "NAME not FOUND" issue:

• Found a ton of files non repairable by using scanning system

  Just ran a scan of the system which has found many non repairable files and I was wondering how I would go on these files for repair or replacement. System works well, but my problem is no sound at all (sound system or speakers) even if Device Manager indicates the onboard Realtek audio device is not working properly and the bios is set correctly. I updated the audio driver and tried everything I can.

  I have the results of the analysis in a .txt file, but is 62 000 characters, so can not paste here because the limit is 60,000. Is there a way I can provide the .txt file so can someone take a look?

  If there is a lot of non repairable files, it probably isn't practice of trying to fix all of them individually. If you have a full retail DVD Windows, not the manufacturer's recovery disk, you can try an Inplace upgrade.

  2. what player do you use for backup?
  3. you have made no changes to the computer before the broadcast took place?

  Method 1
  Backup fails because (ASR, Automated System Recovery) unnecessarily returns an error for non-critical records. The expected behavior is that ASR returns an error when the critical discs are not available. ASR then saves a warning for non-critical records event. However, ASR returns errors when critical and non-critical discs are not available.

  Critics discs are discs that are required by the operating system, such as discs that save the system volume and the boot volume.
  Non-critical discs are discs that are used to store user data or application data.

• Dreamweaver CS3, window file (Panel group) came only?

  Maybe it's a minor problem, but it is very annoying for me since I'm used to using a particular provision. In any case, after restarting my computer and start Dreamweaver, I noticed my window of files (Group of panels) was not on the screen, while it is usually on the right side and attached next to the code/design view. So I went up to the window menu and put a check by "Files" and he opened my file window, but it is not attached, as if it was before! Instead it floats just above my code/design mode, and I don't like it.

  My apologies, I figured out how to fix it. I don't know why it happened first, but anyway... problem solved for now. I was able to anchor it after got rid of the css Panel and just have the files Panel to open, not expanded, then move it up until I saw the black outline.

  In the sharing in system preferences pane, I check the file sharing. I then click on the button in the shared folders +: list, select a folder to share, and then click the Add button.

  Nothing seems to happen.
  I expect the folder I just chose to appear in the list of shared folders.

• Unable to file to rename or delete files

  I can't the files to rename or delete files in the pictures folder.

  Property sheets I have all the rights (I am administrator).  When I try to delete, it apparently works and things is in the trash.  Even after the deletion of the Recycle Bin, a few hours later the folders and files are back again.  Rename simply translates into a duplicate folder.

  I now have about 40 GB of duplicate stuff that I can't get rid of.  I am a serious amateur photographer and this problem really begins to pain - by using the internal drive at a rapid pace;  the close also backup drives.

  I think the issue may have something to do with copying a 'Pictures' folder from a USB on the hot folder on the hard disk.  This USB key is now offline and offsite as a backup

  Alaa (WhizKid) and with your help, the problem is resolved.  Arrived to think of my comment above and had the Epiphany.  Now I feel really stupid, happy, but stupid.  Problem was that SecondCopy (one of my backup programs that runs automatically) due to an action that synchronized the folder with a backup disk every three hours.  Removed action and the problem at the same time.
