Unable to resize the canvas in Workbench ss4

All the

I can't resize the process Workbench canvas horizontally or vertically.  I use ES4 Workbench.  Someone has encountered this and if so, how to solve?  I think that maybe that's a problem of Flash Player.  If I understand, I will update this thread.

Thank you

Josh,

I had problems of adjustment in width in the ES3 and ES4 horiz.

I was able to adjust the height of row by clicking on the corridor and by setting the property there.

The only reliable method I found for the width is to open the process file on the disc (outside the WorkBench) and adjust the size settings.

These files are XML.

Save the file and open WorkBench and you should see the changes.

Good luck.

  • How to adjust the size of the canvas to the size of the image

    Ok... Elements frustrates me and if anyone can help I would appriciate it.  I have a pano I asked elements to create from 2 JPEG images.  He did a wonderful job.  After that I've cropped on the areas that I didn't, I now have an image smaller than the drawing area.  Now, I want to resize the drawing to the size of the image area.  Is there an easy way to do this?  I know that I can make adjustments of thin cloth (width and height) over and over again and even more until it corresponds to the image, but that takes so long and is so frustrating.  Is there a button that simply resizes the canvas to the image?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Wow!  I thought that my script would be useful, that I just wasn't expecting to be so little time.

    See this post for a script that will do what you ask for:

  • Resize the image with HTML5 Canvas - distortion

    Hi all

    I'm working on a Webworks app where I need to resize an image to upload it to a server. I use JQuery Mobile, the application should run on OS6 and upward. The user can use the camera or select a picture, the power off. The corresponding code is the following:

    function handleOpenedFile(fullPath, blobData) {
                    var image = new Image();
                    image.src=fullPath; //path to image
                    image.onload = function () {
                        var resized = resizeMe(image); // send it to canvas
                        //Do stuff with the DataURL returned from resizeMe()
                    };
            }

    function resizeMe(img) {

                var canvas = document.createElement('canvas');
                var width = Math.round(img.width / 2);
                var height = Math.round(img.height / 2);
                canvas.width = width;
                canvas.height = height;
                var ctx = canvas.getContext("2d");
                ctx.drawImage(img, 0, 0, width, height);
                return canvas.toDataURL("image/jpeg", 0.8);
            }

    I then use the Base64 in the DataURL for download on the server. The images are reduced, but they are truncated. Parts of the image are shifted autour and colors come out strange. It is not scaling in itself than the mess to the top of the picture it comes out garbled if you draw on the canvas without any scaling.

    Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem or have another suggestion to resize an image for download?

    I managed to solve the problem of resizing for anyone who takes place also in this. Replacement of

    return canvas.toDataURL("image/jpeg", 0.8);

    with

    return canvas.toDataURL();

    solved the problem with the strange visual artifacts. Returns a picture of resized without any strangeness.

  • Resize an image to fill the canvas size according to height?

    Hi guys,.

    Is it possible to resize a picture to fill the canvas size according to height?

    Currently when I place an image, it fits on width, being a landscape on a canvas portrait image I need to fill the height.

    Any suggestions on the best way to do it, maybe an action?

    Thank you

    If the image containing or the picture may vary in dimensions/dimensions a Scripting approach would seem prudent.

    In the contrary case, a conditional Action may be enough.

  • Can I resize a layer automatically to fit the canvas?

    Is it possible to scale automatically a layer selected so that it fits the canvas of a PS document? I need to paste several images at high resolution in a small canvas and for the moment the only way I know to resize images to fit the canvas is for them the scale manually by using the free transform. I googled around and two suggestions for an automated process do not work for me: I tried the "automate > picture Fit ' order and absolutely nothing happens and I also have the option"resize the image over the place"checked in my general preferences, but the pasted image is continue to arrive to the size (maybe who works for images placed and not glued).

  • I need to resize my canvas after completing my diapers, how can I enlarge the whole image?

    I have spent many hours working on a project and could not verify the size of the canvas before completing all my layers. I need a bigger canvas size to print on regular 8.5 x 11 paper. After that I changed the size of the canvas, is there a way to enlarge all my layers at once, without screwing terribly resolution? I'm not quite familiar with many tools available in CS6. Thanks :)

    So I guess because I do not see what you were doing, instead of using the image > size to resize the entire document, the image you added canvas leaving layers at their original size.

    You can select all layers and group them or create a dynamic object. Then scale the object or group. How you enlarge it layers will determine the quality change. The exception to this is all layers which are vectors as paths and live type as they are independent of the resolution.

  • The Batch command to resize the image on the canvas is centered.

    Hi all

    I'm not quite the Fireworks guru so patient with me. I use Fireworks for many batch image optimization of the things I do for our company Web site. I use simple batch commands to run on a directory of files. Export of batches, batch resize etc.

    I need to do something more sophisticated with the batch command and Im not quite sure how to do it, ot if there is an existing jsf file or extension I can grab for it (in batch).

    I have a bunch of images that vary slightly in width and height. I need to resize a specific background and Center it on the canvas. Thus, for example, when I run the batch, he creates a transparent canvas or white which is 400px x 400px and then takes the image and centers it in the Web. Basically, resize the image to fit in the center of the canvas. Any help or links would be appreciated. I tried recordign action to do so in the history panel, but I could never work.
