Unable to show offline folios on ipad with Adobe Content Viewer

I am suddenly unable to view folios offline on my iPad with Adobe Content Viewer. Here's the folios, that I could see 2 days ago. InDesign update, reinstalled the viewer of content, tested on 2 computers with available 2 iPads and 2 different cables. Everyone knows about this problem?

It is a known issue, please visit http://status.adobedps.com/ for updates.

  • Fuzzy library thumbnails with Adobe Content Viewer 6.0 update. (IOS)

At have you noticed the pictures blurry library on an iPad 1 since the 6.0 update of the Adobe Content Viewer.  On an older 3 stronger look but still two folios iPad / fuzzy articles as well.  Any ideas?

    Thank you

    Ryan.

If you see images of fuzzy cover on the new library on older folios is certainly because these covers folios are low resolution images. If I remember right there were some older versions which allowed us to lower resolution covers to be downloaded, and once those who are sous-echantillonnees they look quite as nice.

Try to download again, higher resolution covers and see if that solves it.

Ok. Thanks for the additional info.

You will never see this particular folio in the Adobe Content Viewer on your iPad.

Only folios exactly of size 1024 x 768 px (landscape, portrait or two directions) are valid for iPad

  • Folio is not opening in adobe content viewer

A year ago, I created a magazine with Digital Publishing Suite for a college course and downloaded on my ipad in Adobe Content Viewer. It was a computer at school and the version of Indesign, so I don't think I'd be able to reload the file on the application Viewer happy if I needed to. When I open the content viewer, I see the cover of my magazine alongside file "Adobe" that says "Release". This Adobe file is newly, and is therefore a blue icon in the corner of my magazine. When I click on my magazine, the bit of info 'i' turns into a symbol of the spinning, as if it were loading. However, nothing will load and nothing happens. I left it for hours and nothing happened. When I click to open the Adobe output file, it opens a clear grey screen with no content, buttons or whatever it is. There is nothing I can click on or make it forces me to exit and quit the application.

Can someone help me please determine the cause do not open? I am frustrated at this point and I'm nervous to delete and redownload the app where my file is lost. Like I said, don't know if she would always be there or if I could pick up again. (I also logged into the app with my Adobe ID, if that helps)

    Thank you!

Unfortunately, you have to uninstall and reinstall the application Adobe Content Viewer, and this would lead to the loss of the folio that see you because you added to the device using glimpse on the device. Since you did a year ago, there has been several changes IOS that requires updates to the application. There is really no way to fix this problem without uninstall, reinstall, or then put the content on your device again.

  • Folio duplicate appears in the content viewer

I recently built and published a folio. My application Adobe Content Viewer on iPad displays now two identical numbers. How can I get rid of the duplicate?

The idea is: the one with the Blue Ribbon is your "working file" that you can change, update etc. The folio published is 'frozen' and do not reflect the changes until you choose the update by the online Folio producer. On your own account, you can still see both versions.

  • Watching a Folios with DPS producer Folio and Adobe Content Viewer on IPad?

What is the path to the visualization of a Folio, on an IPad, which was published with the producer of Folio of DPS.
Open Adobe Content Viewer on IPad has no obvious path to the folio in the producer.

There is no obvious path to the Adobe Content Viewer library, either?

    Connected both Adobe o int.
    The ID CS6 on Windows.

Also as a member unique creative cloud, what is the process to be able to publish unlimited applications for the IPad.

Thanks in advance for your answer.

Completely. I work cross-platform all the time using a dropbox folder for

    my files.

Make sure that you use the OpenType fonts to avoid problems there.

  • Unable to show the browser option in Adobe Content Viewer

    Hello

By mistake I upgraded my OS iPad for iOS to iOS 5.1 6. After the installation of the content unable Adobe viewer to see the option of browser where I can see the title, byline, information description and kicker.

Please suggest if is it possible to see these articles without outsider of the operating system.

    Thank you.

You also update Adobe Content Viewer? In the last version, the Browse button at the top right was abducted and combined with the action of scroll down bar. You can still see the title, author, description, and kicker when you use the scroll bar. That's how readers will see R25 folios. It has nothing to do with iOS.

  • Folio will not complete download to Adobe Content Viewer on iPad

I work in InDesign 2014.2 Windows and using the most recent version of the viewer Adobe Content (as of 24/11/15) on the iPad. He sees the folio (unpublished) that I created and some items are appearing. But other items will not complete the download process. They say just 'pending' or 'preparation '. They never get beyond, even after 24 hours. I tried to restart, signing in and out of InDesign and Content Viewer with no luck. I am able to view the full folio in the viewer of content on my desktop and my colleagues are able to download the full folio on their iPads without problem. How can I fix?

I deleted the Adobe Content Viewer app from the iPad and reinstalled. He is currently working.

  • Folio not listed is not in the Adobe Content Viewer on a few iPads

I worked on the development of an iPad app in InDesign CS6 using Adobe DPS. In most cases, the process has been working smoothly until recently. Once connected to Adobe Content Viewer on my iPad third generation, folio fine watch and downloads as expected. However, when others with iPads older download Content Viewer and connect, they do not see the folio in option. For example, a person with a second generation iPad, which has the latest iOS, could not see the folio in the Viewer. I stripped the app by the way 40megs, size of thought could be a problem, but after several users have identical results experience, I don't think that's it. Someone had a similar problem, and what I can do on my end to make the application compatible with a wide range of iPads?

What is the size of the folio? If it's 2048 x 1536, it will be displayed on the iPad HD but not the iPads of 1024 x 768. If it's a folio of 1024 x 768, it should appear on all iPads.

  • Missing folios in Adobe Content Viewer on iPad

I am connected to my adobe account in indesign on my desk, as well as in the adobe content viewer on my iPad. All of the folios I designed are saved, updated and transferred on my cloud (they are also visible in my folio Panel). However, none of them saved presentations are visible in adobe content viewer even thought I'm connected. I need to be able to get these presentations on the iPad as soon as possible.

I confirmed that this fix will be in the update, we have planned for the first week of February.

  • Adobe Content Viewer cannot connect to iPad only

    Hello

We did a folio and shared with a client via digitalpublishing.acrobat.com.

The client creates an Adobe ID, received an email from adobe and clicked the link to check the validity of the e-mail address.

He has agreed to the terms on the Adobe site.

On an iPad, it cannot connect to the Adobe Content Viewer.

But... it works very well on an Android tablet.

I asked the customer to go to digitalpublishing.acrobat.com and accept the terms, but it still does not work.

How can I solve this problem?

Adobe Content Viewer is our showcase for potential new customers that we are able to do. If I can't show... I can't get new customers.

    TIA.

    Olivier - Concerto

I finally thought to it. I connected to the DPS on the desk and received a confirmation email. Then, when I went back to the iPad, the connection worked. Thanks for getting back to me.
