  We apologize for the confusion, you are able to accept the conditions of use in Windows Live Family Safety. You should visit the Windows Live family website, please refer to the procedure described below:

  1. open your browser to: http://fss.live.com
  2 connect using the FSS Admin Windows Live ID and the password
  3. the terms of use must be displayed and you can accept the
  4. Once you have accepted the terms of use, then try to connect to the FSS client

  For some reason, I am unable to connect to the internet or e-mail using a wired connection. Earlier today, I was installing a wireless printer and I got it in collaboration with the wireless network. But now I switched to the cable network and I can not connect. However, the connection to the LAN network is showing that I am connected. To post this message, I had to go back to the wireless network.  I guess I have inadvertently changed a setting somewhere. I know that my firewall is not blocking the connection, because I disabled it previously but the LAN would not even connect. Any ideas?

  Well, I found the problem. It's working now. The problem was that the TCP properties have been changed somehow. There was a specific IP address instead to get the IP address automatically is checked.

  I use the trial version of Photoshop elements 12 that I just downloaded and installed.  I am signing into mobile elements Albums - I put my adobe ID and password and click "sign in" but nothing happens - the spinner of connection works but no error message appears and it is not open a session.

  First I tried this last night when I had never used Revel; Since then I have configuration and adding photos to my account of Revel (there are a few hundred today).  I can access their fine via the web, iPhone or Mac app.  I have nothing to the Organizer except some system mp3s it finds.

  If I put in the wrong password, it gives me an error, so he's not entirely broken.  I tried the link 'login problems' and reset my password, but no change.

  I'm running on OSX Mavericks; I have tried all the other platforms.

  Unfortunately, WPA2-PSK is currently not supported on Firefox OS version 1.3. Only WPA-TKIP and WPA2-AES are supported.
