  This is because the Ps app has been deleted not uninstalled. So when you try to download, it shows you that the CC Ps is already installed.

  I went to the info on my "Adobe" folder in the "Applications" folder my

  hard drive and found that my 'sharing and permissions"on the"admin ".

  If you have a perpetual license for the software then Creative Cloud Desktop App settle only updates software perpetual ogical not the cloud people. All upates in the future will be get installed by using Creative Cloud Desktop Apps.

  I tried to install Illustrator yesterday through creative cloud and the process has failed. Other components (Acrobat, InDesign, bridge) has failed to install.

  Despite not being not a COMPUTER expert, I tried to look through the newspapers, as instructed, but seriously, there is no advantage for me up all 30 error codes. (I tried a couple and it's not really easy to find the answer, unless I have paste the error message into Google!) Why Application Manager thinks it is installed, when it is down?
