  Have you created a package via Creative conditioner cloud or someone else? You can also create a package update and deploy on all machines or ask who has deployed the software on your computer.

  However, ADOBE in their "infinite" wisdom considers Adobe DC one produced "Superior" and will not allow the installation of my original Adobe Pro XI software.  :-(

  I don't think it is higher and do NOT want to use the product of cloud, I want as my original working software.  Period!

  If this is the case, then I recommend to uninstall the creative cloud desktop application using this utility and if you still see the traces of the Adobe Creative Cloud folder in program files (x 86) Please delete these folders.

  I recently bought a new MacBook and downloaded CC. He took too much of my memory on my drive hard drive and wish to remove it. Then I made the mistake of drag and drop all the files from adobe to the trash and empty. Well, it seems that I could remove the vacuum (which apparently is a key element to remove cc) but NO programs of creative cloud itself. Any help would be appreciated.

  If you have deleted files before uninstalling, you must reinstall them one and then uninstall them as shown here:

  After you have uninstalled all applications CC, you can delete the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

  If the installation process is stalled at 42 percent with no possibility of error, there is a problem with the zipped file to Extraction of downloaded in the Temp folder.

  As a fundamental step. Leave the creative Cloud desktop application.

  Delete the contents of the Temp folder:

  Optional: it will be ideal to install software like Winrar, WinZip or 7-zip,., etc.

  Please press Windows + R and you will get a command window run, get hit and type %temp%.

  Creative application cloud thus released, do not close it.

  Open the Temp folder, then search for the CC InDesign installation file and copy it to the desktop computer.

  I have a perpetual license for CS6 Master Collection / Windows I have installed on my PC and laptop a couple of years.  12 months ago I registered for the creative cloud / plan of all applications.  I canceled the plan creative cloud yesterday and my perpetual license CS6 has stopped working.  After several chat sessions with Adobe engineers, told me to completely uninstall CS6 Master Collection and re - install with my serial number.  It has worked to resolve the problem of activation.

  It is also the same thing on my Macbook.  I have only a perpetual license of Photoshop CS6 on the mac, not the Master Collection. I had installed creative cloud and then out of the CC that caused the CS6 ask login when I try to run it.  I have not had Photoshop CS6 works again on the Mac. I guess I'll need to uninstall and reinstall as well.

  I never installed CS6 on any of the machines through creative cloud configuration.  CS6 has been installed before CC on all 3 machines using the DVD and serial numbers.

  Even though I cancelled my CC/plan of applications, I wanted to start a new plan CC for Photoshop only.  I am now reluctant to do this because I don't want to pick up on my CS6 activations.  Is in any way to prevent that from happening?  In addition, no one knows why this happens? I think that maybe when CS6 works it automatically updates is pass the license on behalf of CC license if there is one installed.  In any case, I would avoid it for that if I install Photoshop CC but then disconnect my CS6 would continue to operate without having to re - install.

  You need to reinstall CS6 after the cancellation of the CC that both were of the same Adobe ID. You can still use & solidarity two CS6 & cc.

  You can download LR in the same way that you download all the other creative Cloud applications.  Either by going to creative.adobe.com/apps or by opening Adobe Application Manager as long as your system meets the requirements of LR as shown here: http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop-lightroom/tech-specs.html
