  It won't be easy to install all the drivers correctly because this device is not supported for the installation of Windows Server 2003. As Pete says you can try to install tools Toshiba or some drivers downloaded off the net, but unfortunately there is no guarantee that it will work properly.

  What cell phone do you have?
  What operating system you are using?
  Have you tried another player like VLC media player?

  Maybe you should try to update the display driver. The audio driver has nothing to do with the video output.

  I don t use Toshiba DVD Player, I m using VLC media player. It s faster and can play most audio and video files.
