Unavailable on site or through Mavericks M1217nfw HP Multifunction printers drivers

Where can I get the drivers for the M1217nfw MFP for Mac 10.9 (Mavericks)? I'm up-to-date with software updates, but this printer is not listed in the select list of the printer drivers, and the only "link" on the HP site's instructions for this same selection menu. There is no real link on the HP site for their own software for their own printer, but he spend Apple is not no longer works.

Hello

Click on the Apple icon and select software update. Install any update HP or Apple available.

Then restart your Mac, go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners and try to add the printer again.

If the same continues to occur, download and install the following package, then add the printer in Printers & Scanners:

  • Installation of Firefox caused FiddlerRoot must be installed and I can't access the https sites now through ANY borwser. My proxy is constantly changing.

FiddlerRoot not only does not allow https certificates, but also resets my proxy once I put it back. This is consistent, and I worked through all the expertise "of solutions." This is a ridiculous piece of code and severely limited my internet capabilities.

Hello, no authentic firefox downloads from mozilla.org does contain fiddlerroot - could have downloaded adware from a rogue site.

go to the system control panel and uninstall programs such as BrowserSafeguard, BrowserSafe, backup or other software that seems suspicious and did not get intentionally installed by you.

    Reference: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/982532#answer-520145

afterwards, run a full scan of your system with security tools like the free version of malwarebytes & adwcleaner.

  • Sites accessible through intermediate PIX

    Hi all

I have two of the same PIX 7.0 (l2l) VPN tunnels in two different places. A tunnel to Europe and the other in the United States.

I would like to make in such a way that this two places see via VPN: The US site should be able to achieve the European site, without a tunnel dedicated between them, but through this PIX which is in the middle.

The devices at the end of the L2L American and European, are two linux machines not Cisco devices.

    Thank you very much!

    Vlad

    Hello

the access list should be exactly two mirrord endpoint vpn so if you have in the PIX:

    1 ACL:

    A--------------B

    C--------------D

then the peer remote vpn you should have:

    B--------------A

    D--------------C

    Cheers.

    Thank you

The problem is your width of drop-down list of 'products '. in any case if you add overflow: hidden, it will solve the problem.

Locate the "foundation.css" CSS file and change:

    position: absolute;

    left: 100%;

  • Site to SIte VPN through a NAT device

I have, I am having trouble running a vpn site-to site between two 3725 routers running c3725-advsecurityk9-mz124 - 15 T 1, that I hope I can get some help with, I am probably missing something here. The VPN ran very well when both VPN routers were connected directly to the internet and had on WAN interfaces public IP addresses, but I had to move one of the firewall inside on a private IP address. Installation is now as below

Router VPN one (192.168.248.253) - internal company network - Fortigate FW - internet-(217.155.113.179) router VPN B

The fortigate FW is doing some translations address
-traffic between 192.168.248.253 and 217.155.113.179 has its source in 37.205.62.5
-traffic between 217.155.113.179 and 37.205.62.5 has its destination translated to 192.168.248.253
-Firewall rules allow all traffic between the 2 devices, no port locking enabled.

-The 37.205.62.5 address is used by anything else.

I basically have a GRE tunnel between two routers, and I'm trying to encrypt it.

    The router shows below

    Hi Nav,

I'm happy it's working now. Your interpretation is correct. Transport mode IPSEC encrypts the payload, while tunnel mode figure the whole ip packet (original header / payload) and inserts a new ip header. Thus, the tunnel mode is used for ipsec site to site VPN and transport is used for point to point VPN ipsec. GRE is used with ipsec, all packages will be encapsulated with a GRE header first, so, essentially, this is a point to point VPN ipsec.

The problem that you are having with tunnel mode, the router's package is going to be wrapped with the header 192.168.248.253 GRE source 217.155.113.179 destination. The whole package is then encrypted and a new header is added with the same source/destination. This new header will be coordinated by the FW, but not incorporated or encrypted GRE header. When the packet arrives at Router B, after decrypt them the package, router B will see the GRE header, which is different from that of source/destination tunnel she uses. This breaks the GRE tunnel and the routing between router A and router B Protocol.

  • Laser Jet M1217nfw: Are Windows 10 drivers available for my laser jet M1217nfw

Before I update my Windows 10 operating system, I need to know if it is compatible with my laser jet M1217nfw.

Any helpful comments would be very appreciated.  Thank you

    Robert

Hello @RobertN760and welcome to the Forums of HP, I hope you enjoy your experience!

I see that you are looking for Windows 10 drivers. I would like to help!

According to the LaserJet driver page, drivers are available:

Driver and software of HP LaserJet Full Feature

Good luck and please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for posting on the HP Forums!

  • Printer series correctly connected to my Windows XP computer, but it won't work. My drivers is obsolete. What site can I go to-download the correct drivers?

Office 600 Jet model series does not print. I think that my driver is out of the I want to know where I can go to find the driver to run this device?

It is unlikely that a «stale "printer driver is the cause of your printing printer not.»

On the other hand, a damaged printer driver can prevent good impression.

In order to well to diagnose your problem, you must explain exactly what is happening, including the full text of any error message without paraphrase.

You must also explain how the printer is connected to your computer and which version of Windows, including the service pack you are using.

You must also provide the name of your current antivirus application and if his subscription is now present (and if this subscription has already been authorised expires).

Although you can go to this page--> http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/ProductList.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&taskId=135&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=24360 (which is linked from the first page link provided by Azeez N) to find drivers, it seems very unlikely that the available drivers are more "up to date" than the ones you already have (the downloaded file is dated 2004).

For instructions on how to remove and replace the drivers in case of driver corruption see--> An Article

  • Firefox pr5esents false (false) sites when searching for my Bank and scurity said these sites (which seem to be authentic) have no security certificate

When I search my bank using www.lloydsbank.com a page that looks authentic, but when you try to access account details access is denied because the site is not the necessary security certificate. Then he said: the site, that I asked has been online.lloydsbank.com which is obviously false. I managed to access the correct site continuously through a different browser.

Check the date and time of the clock on your computer: (double) click on the clock icon in the Windows taskbar.

Try renaming the file cert8.db in the Firefox profile folder in cert8.db.old or remove the cert8.db file to remove the intermediate certificates that Firefox has stored.

If it helped to solve the problem, then you can delete the renamed file cert8.db.old.

Otherwise you can rename (or copy) the file cert8.db.old to cert8.db to restore previous intermediary certificates.

Firefox automatically records the intermediate certificates when you visit Web sites that send such a certificate.

If that didn't help then remove or rename secmod.db (secmod.db.old) as well.

  • Drivers for Compaq nc 6000 are missing on the Support Site

    Hello

I am getting up an old laptop and running.  It's a nc6000 running XP Pro I have validated by phone.

The problem is that I can't connect to the internet.  There is a list of missing drivers such as an Ethernet controller in Device Manager.

I tried to download them by visiting the HP support site, and although there is a page of drivers dedicated to the nc6000 running XP Pro every time I click on 'Download' it says 'Page cannot be displayed ".   I tried IE, Firefox and Chrome, but the same error message appears.

Will you please help me find the necessary drivers, so I can connect to the internet or through LAN or WLAN network.

    Kind regards

  • How to block Web sites except some systems while network in windows XP

    Hello

I use Windows XP and all my network systems have the same operating system.   We do not have the server system, but we are processing regular system as a server...

    My questions are the following,

    1. I want to block all Web sites except some Web sites
    2. in the allowed Web sites, I want to allow only certain sites to download.
    3. I want to do this for all my network systems, and should not be oriented browser...

ex: I want to allow only Google.com, viadeo.com, and monster.com... now, here, the user can download Viadeo.com and monster.com, but not other sites who through google.com. and I want to apply to all systems on my network...

    Please help me if possible?

    Please, I beg you.

    Thank you
    Ravi.

No, you cannot use a standard drink as a 'server' Windows operating system computer and have it force the settings for the other computers on your network.  To do this you would need a server, run a real server OS and use a domain Active Directory to push the settings to your PC.

The first person who responded to your question is basically asking what type of router you have because some routers do not have the ability to block websites in the router, which would mean that no PC inside your network could get on the list Black/blocked sites.  You would need capabilities of your router to see if this is possible or not research.

Check Web site security through toolbar. Why "knocking" sound when checking for some sites and not others?

    Hello

    1. what browser you use to access the Internet?
    2. What are the sites on which you can hear this thud?
3 did you changes to the security settings before the show?
    4. what version of Internet Explorer is installed on the system?

    5. what exactly do you mean by "Check website security in the toolbar?

Click on the link below and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

    Note:
Reset the Internet Explorer settings can reset security settings or privacy settings that you have added to the list of Trusted Sites. Reset the Internet Explorer settings can also reset parental control settings. We recommend that you note these sites before you use the reset Internet Explorer settings
