  Rename the folder OOBE OOBE.old from this location

  Path: / library/application support/Adobe/OOBE

  Rename the folder PCD PCD.old from this location

  Path: library / application support/Adobe/PCD

  Now restart creative cloud.

  Have you tried to boot with the Windows disk since the last error? If this laptop comes with Windows 8, it can have Secure Boot enabled to avoid booting from cd/dvd. Check the BIOS.
