New installation of all-in-one Photosmart 6510 seemed to go fine (try USB first, since will have the ability to scan).  A page prints fine, but something about the synthesis immediately after (some final development communication, or maybe even the 'Rewards' popup?) causes the unexpected shutdown of Windows with the blue screen.  No further assistance was suggested by Windows.  No errors were detected by the doctor printer hp application that I downloaded.

    Hello

First - just for your information, you can also scan using the wireless connection.

If you have a new PC, maybe you have a USB 3.0 on this subject?

If so, be sure to plug the printer into the USB 2.0 port as the HP device does not support the connection USB3.

Have had problems since 31/12/09.  Tech replaced Dell hard drive 14/01/10 because all software solutions did not resolve various problems, including the screen black and white letters indicating the mode without failure, or count down the regular opening.  System Restore has used several times, all software removed and replaced.  New Quickbooks reinstalled two times 10, it usually starts up quickly.  I was told not to turn it off, just let it run.  It automatically goes into sleep mode, it still does not start correctly.  Last message is that Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown;  Windows can check online for a solution to the problem.  Problem event name: bluescreen

These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by a driver).

Run these two tests to check your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.  Launch auditor.  You need not run memtest again unless you want to.

    (1) I have to connect the internet access where I was this weekend. He keeps having limited access to the network, while other computers can connect.

    (2) the symantec anti virus trial the day ended, it started.

    (3) I use a lot of web storage services (google drive, skydrive) and maybe they're trying to connect when I shut down the computer?

    (4) when it is closed and I unplug the charger, the charge indicator light on the outside remains lit out for some reason any. Don't know if that is related but it shouldn't behave like that my understanding of the computer.
