  1. Go to http://www.uclick.com/client/trn/fcx/
  2. Crossword Daily Universal page (Flash required). Look at the value of "today", displayed at the top of the page, then click the "Back Date" link to the bottom of the page until the date displayed is the one you want. See the illustration below
  3. 
  4. When you have the desired date, you can click on Options, then on print Puzzle, to print the crossword.

  Hi jcope10248. This error is specific to the printer, connecting to web services and not necessarily the application itself. I recommend you contact HP Cloud services @1-855-785-2777 since they will have real time information about the service. The number is free of charge and the service is free and requires that your printer is in warranty.

  I'm sorry that you are having this problem with this application.

  Here are a few things to try:

  Thank you for your message.  To enable the print spooler, please follow the steps below:
  Click 'Start' > right click on 'My computer' > select 'manage '.
  Click the (+) sign next to "Services and Applications" > click on "Services".
  On the right, scroll down to and double click on 'Print spooler' > set the startup type to "Automatic" > click on 'Start' > click 'Apply' > click 'OK '.
  This should not only start your spooler in this instance, but now he has to start each time you start your computer.
