  See if the installation of the two drivers below solves this problem of usb 3.  Driver chipset normally done as you can see it includes usb 3.0 drivers, but sometimes it doesn't.

  I don't know which version must be installed even have the hardware ID. It says the same thing.  Intel Management Engine Interface.

  I just bought a HP latptop and I re - format and installed the Windows 7 Pro 64-bit to 32-bit operating system.  After that the new OS has started normally, I can't load all the driver even I have download from the HP Web site.   After downloading the drivers, have you unpacked in the appropriate directory, for ethernet, it should be something like: C > drivers > win > Ethernet...

  To my knowledge, the 8086 Dev_ID belongs to Intel
  So there must some Intel driver.

  I'm helping a friend fix her laptop and I encountered a problem which is quite annoying. The model is a

  HP DV6 6102AX. The laptop has been updated to Windows 10 quite rudely by Microsoft and had all sorts of problems so decided to toput back on Win 7 64 bit Home Premium edition.

  Had problems with the recovery discs, do not install it so I installed a new facility, which installed ok but 3 items in other devices.

  Wireless LAN is not displayed but the wired LAN is OK. I tried the driver USB 3.0 on the support page and no luck.
