My credit card has been charched 17 h 30 CHF per month since 23.03.16 for "Adobe Acropro Subs, 800-833-6687".
What should I do to cancel this subscription as soon as possible? I don't want to charge in the future, because I did not know that it will be billed on a monthly basis. I have no more service. Unfortunately, when I follow the steps under point 'Cancel subscription' (all other opportunities Cancel do not apply to my situation), I can't find an inscription "Subs Adobe Acropro, 800-833-6687". Therefore, I am unable to unsubscribe.

I bought Adobe converter for use during a year. I did not renew the service. I was away and when I checked my credit card I was charged automatically for this year. On 13 October, I called Adobe and a Lady of the India picked up and allowed to cancel the service and refund she asked me to go to the discussion and the Adobe site. I did this and it (Laniana) says it is taken care and Adobe will donate it to my account within 5-7 days. However, I won't have the full refund. Not only I do not receive full reimbursement for the service I did not renew (unauthorized transaction) but also, I have NOT received a refund and it's 9 days already.

I don't know about you, but I prefer to talk to someone. I just called and got my serial number generated. It did not take long, and the person I spoke to was very nice. I got all the information that was sent to me by e-mail and received a file number for future information. Highly recommend the number and do not wait for a response. Good luck!!!
