I called Netflix twice with the error code F7361-1253 is, therefore, nothing helps. The first time, the guy said it was not a code of Netflix and didn't know what to do. I bought Adobe converter for use during a year. I did not renew the service. I was away and when I checked my credit card I was charged automatically for this year. On 13 October, I called Adobe and a Lady of the India picked up and allowed to cancel the service and refund she asked me to go to the discussion and the Adobe site. I did this and it (Laniana) says it is taken care and Adobe will donate it to my account within 5-7 days. However, I won't have the full refund. Not only I do not receive full reimbursement for the service I did not renew (unauthorized transaction) but also, I have NOT received a refund and it's 9 days already.

Adobe seems to have a policy to encourage the illegal use of their products by making it very difficult for people who have paid money for their licenses.
We bought 4 licenses CS6 and 1 license of Lightroom. I checked the number of machines on which these licenses are, and we are not breaking the rules. However, we do not seem to register these products (after you have reinstalled the operating system). Products apparently are no longer supported.
I thought put in order for CC licenses for the whole team. If customer support is this bad, there is no way!
You register only produced once, usually when they are first installed. If you reinstalled without first disabling products which could be the reason why you cannot turn them on (if 'activation' is what you really mean instead of 'register'). You should contact Adobe Support by chat or phone to seek their help.

I also shows that you have made two purchases of CS5.5 Design Premium, but the second purchase was cancelled. Make sure that you use the serial number that ends in 7886.
If you are using the correct serial number, then it is likely, that the installer won't recognize your serial number of volume license CS4 as being valid for upgrade.
