I bought Adobe converter for use during a year.  I did not renew the service.  I was away and when I checked my credit card I was charged automatically for this year.   On 13 October, I called Adobe and a Lady of the India picked up and allowed to cancel the service and refund she asked me to go to the discussion and the Adobe site.  I did this and it (Laniana) says it is taken care and Adobe will donate it to my account within 5-7 days. However, I won't have the full refund.  Not only I do not receive full reimbursement for the service I did not renew (unauthorized transaction) but also, I have NOT received a refund and it's 9 days already.
