I bought Adobe converter for use during a year. I did not renew the service. I was away and when I checked my credit card I was charged automatically for this year. On 13 October, I called Adobe and a Lady of the India picked up and allowed to cancel the service and refund she asked me to go to the discussion and the Adobe site. I did this and it (Laniana) says it is taken care and Adobe will donate it to my account within 5-7 days. However, I won't have the full refund. Not only I do not receive full reimbursement for the service I did not renew (unauthorized transaction) but also, I have NOT received a refund and it's 9 days already.

I don't know about you, but I prefer to talk to someone. I just called and got my serial number generated. It did not take long, and the person I spoke to was very nice. I want to buy Adobe ExportPDF for use in Adobe Reader DC for my business, however I'm not sure if an account would cover all of my users. Adobe PDF Export is intended for one person and can not be used by all users in a Department. User who bought the license (subscription) can use this service anywhere in the world, on any computer that has internet.
The user requires just your login (username and password).
Yes, the user will have to log in with the credentials of the user who has subscribed to this service in order to access the services of export it to PDF in Acrobat Reader.
