  Thanks for posting your question on the Forums of community of Microsoft.

  If you made a mistake by activating windows using the telephone activation.

  I suggest you to follow the same procedure again to turn on the phone and choose the right option to activate.

  Follow the steps below for phone activation.

  1. press the Windows key + X , and then clickrun, and then type: slui.exe 4

  
  

  2. then press the ENTER"" key.

  3. Select your "country" in the list.

  4. choose the option "activate phone".

  5. stay on the phone (do not select/press all options) and wait for a person to help you with the activation.

  6. explain your problem clearly to the support person.

• -Error code 646 - repeated the failures (now for the last two months) to install updates Windows 7 S/W, possibly after installation of Office 2010?

  For the last two months - easrly November, when stopped down, I saw 10 message updates are being installed. This follow-up installation of Office 2010 (download from Web site), who bought Office 2007 earlier this year, and by choosing to take the free update promised for 2010.

  On the control, I find that whenever all ten updates failed to install (error code 646)

  Concered updates are KB2202188; KB982726; KB2289161; KB2289078; KB2413186;  for Office 2010

  and KB2345000 - Word 20120.

  KB2409055 - 2010 Editor;

  KB2289116 - Social connector;

  KB2431831 - knitting 9;

  KB2433299 A Note;

  Any thoughts there?

  A KB was created for 646 error code that appears during the installation of the updates of Microsoft Office. The KB includes an automatedMicrosoft fix 50461 that corrects the problem. Look at the following KB:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2258121http://snipurl.com/164ypp>

  Suggest you download and save the fix it.

  Then close all open programs and browsers before running MSFix it 50461.msi.

  Once again, I enjoyed the convenience of Live Mail, now I find that I use it less.

• Fix necessary... Start with the last directory.

  I noticed that in the current version of Muse when I place an asset I choose the directory I am working with and put a [ie: e:/projects/client_name/website/images/file.png], then when I go to place another it puts me in the area "my computer" (Windows 7 ultimate - 64-bit).

  It is a known problem since updating to 3.8 Air. You can downgrade to a previous version of Air as a workaround to this problem until this problem is fixed in a future release. See the similar thread next - http://forums.adobe.com/message/5561789.

• After the last update of FF13, I double click on the bookmark button and the window does not open, so I can edit.

  When I double click the bookmark (star) button a window still down so I can change the bookmark or place it in the folder I want. Now, after the last update of FF13 (June 2012), I can click once and the page is a bookmark in the "home" folder, but when I double click nothing happens. (1) I restarted FF, did not help 2) I rebooted the computer, did not help.

  You just click on the star once if the star is high already turned on to indicate that a site is bookmarked. Normally, you would click once to bookmark the current site, then click once, if you want to change the new bookmark. If you double-click and you open and close the pop-up edition.

  Remove the Vista updates; two ways to do this:

  1. a System Restore to before the updates:

  Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > System Restore > restore time/choose your own date > next

  If you use Norton, disable it before using the system restore.

  If it is impossible to enter the Normal Mode, do a Safe Mode system restore:

  Press F8 at the startup/power and the list of startup options, use THE ARROW key to select Safe mode > and then press ENTER.

  System restore steps according to the info above.

• Quiz results and pursue the key question

  I currently use CP7 and have created a quiz.  Once the user finishes the last question of the next slide give them the chance to return to the last slide in learning (so they can navigate further if they wish), or continue.  There are some other javascript on the slides so features like the ability to email your comments about the course or other... (it's an unimportant detail).

  If the user continues to the result of the captivate quiz slide.  I've hidden the continue button in the field of scrap and given the statement of the user to close the browser, which then brings them to the LMS which seems to be completed the course very well.

  Is it an ok practice?  I read everywhere in the forums and it seemed that perhaps it wasn't a good way to end a learning module.  Someone at - he comments or experience that could shed some light on this?

  Normally this button continue, like most buttons on question slides, as essential functions: when you click the actions that you specify in the pass/fail test settings will run, and the quiz is considered to be complete. I certainly wouldn't recommend out this button. If you don't have a default score slide, the actions will be performed after the last slide in the question, but say you that you have a slide of score. Create at least a custom partition slide, if you do not want to have this button continue. You mention JS, that is not at all an unimportant detail. If you want to replace the built in functionality of the slide to score in this way, it is OK for me, but do not use this slide to score in this case.
