update drivers, hardware, software, etc

I have a Dell equipment as well.  You must create an account on Dell.com and enter the code "Service Tag" here in your list of systems.   "Service Tag" of your computer is on a sticker outside your laptop, usually on the merits of the case.  Then configure your laptop as your 'system default'.  And then you can go to "Downloads & drivers" for your specific systems.  You will find the latest drivers of network, cable and wireless and the latest version of the BIOS, etc.  You need to update to the latest BIOS for your specific system and if it is updated network/wireless drivers there, install those as well.

Through bad experiences, I found that it is not a good idea to take the network and drivers wireless Microsoft Update, only get them like I said above Dell's.  On the other hand, if you have not all AOCS and the security updates, you must install from Microsoft Update.  Looks like you have already done this.

  • Update drivers and software on the Satelite P750-10 q

    Hello
    I bought Satelite P750-10 q.
Œuvres laptop slow in my opinion. I wanted to update all the drivers for your laptop, but I have not found a software that can automatically check the system drivers.
And question: how to check updates?

    xadamus

    Hey,.

    > Laptop works slowly in my opinion. I wanted to update all the drivers for your laptop
If the laptop is slow, new drivers will not help you. Updates driver don t increase performance, it s introduce just fixing, support of new products, etc., but not more.
Besides, P750 is brand new model so I think that the latest drivers are already installed.

    > How to check updates?
Either you do it yourself on the official website of Toshiba or use the preinstalled Toshiba TEMPRO.

Another point about the slow speed:
Of course, this can have different reasons and without going through your laptop in front of me I can only speculate on the reason for the possibility.
But it s always advisable to check the start up programs. This can be done in msconfig > Startup tab. You can find a list of all the programs, they start with windows too. Some programs such as Support Button Toshiba cards Flash, etc. are necessary (in this case for the FN keys) but other programs such as Adobe Reader, Microsoft Office, Skype, ICQ, Java AutoUpdate, Toshiba zooming Utility, etc. can be disabled (unchecked). This will improve the performance of many. Windows starts and runs faster RAM of the freer and less HARD drive activity.

Also defragment the HARD drive at any time and check the installed software. You can remove the evaluation version and other things that you no longer need.

    I hope that helps! :)

  • Satellite P30: update drivers ATI Radeon

I have a p30 with an ati mobility radeon 9600/9700 card graphics. ATI have updated the drivers and software for the control of catalyst system but I'm unable to install these and have contacted ati - they assured me that they are the right drivers and said that toshiba should support these catalyst drivers. the latest drivers for it are always the old ati drivers 2004 is no more supported by ati.

It is a good graphics card and I would like to use the right drivers for it-someone ' a has any ideas.
I tried installing on both the edition xp for my xpmachine and the new vista for my beta vista drivers.
the version of catalyst, that I'm getting is 6.6 although I tried everything from all previous versions.

    Help, please

    HI Alex,

Toshiba does not usually keeps his notebook graphics drivers up-to-date, so I chose to use the ATI drivers catalyst from the Omega to my SA30 site. I used themn now for nearly 12 months without problems or adverse effects on my laptop.

I have read several forums and messages that are concerned about this practice (overheating of the graphics chips etc.) but who can honestly say that I had all these questions so far.

The Omega site is at http://www.omegadrivers.net/

    Kind regards

  • need updated drivers Intel, motherboard, Dram and other

First stop, I'm a big 75 years old grandfather with an observation of something that HP does not provide. But should!

My wife and I bought of many HP laptops, desktops, tablets, etc. over the years. Right now, my concern applies to the Touchsmart from HP Envy 23se-d394. My wife has one and I also. We have all two laptops HP, etc, etc.

Now, a driver update programs tells me that I need 14 software updates for Intel, motherboard, etc that I listed above. They want me to pay 40 dollars for the software update program.

My question is why HP isn't a such FREE update program for us to use. We have spent countless dollars for HP products. So in my opinion, they should have a program update for us to use for FREE! Right?

Your contribution will be appreciated. Thank you.

    Loy banks

I suspect that the 'pilot program update' who wants $40 is not at HP, because as you said, HP should and provides necessary free updates.  This is the page for this PC drivers.

  • Why Acer Updater can't find the updated drivers listed on the Acer website?

I've been using one for laptop Acer Aspire 5742 G for more than 1.5 years and although I tried to find any updated drivers for the drivers of my laptop, the Acer Updater installed never find one, although some new drivers Acer India are listed on the site. Also, I ran the detection tool to assist to ensure that components are installed on my laptop and wanted to download and manually install the updated drivers. It is especially for pilots who are 'old' compared to the nVidia Web site, which recently released the version 306.97 mentions the chip nVidia GT 420 M nVidia graphics installed on my laptop.

Is is safe to update the OEM as nVidia drivers, and whether I should download & install "newer" drivers Acer India site for other components such as LAN, Bluetooth or Wireless LAN, etc.. Would appreciate advice from knowledgeable people. Thank you.

After long deliberation, I uninstalled all the software components associated with nVidia control panel Windows and installed one that is available on the site Acer India (Ver 285.90). It seems to have a more clear than the 'last' rendering of fonts (Ver 306.97) available drivers on the nVidia India site which is supposed to be compatible for this graphic chip (GeForce GT 420 M). So it seems better to stick to the certified and provided drivers with drivers update OEM, even if qualified supplier of "last". "."

So I have a VPCL232FX that is 2 months old and I downloaded Windows 8 and ALL the drivers and software (which I wanted) on the support page and I seem to be missing elements.

First, the touch screen driver is missing from the page and so does not work. 2. the firmware sony Monitor driver is missing. 3. the driver of a Dolby sound is missing. 4 update Sony and Sony Care do not work because I installed and when I go to check updates, it says that I must be careful of sony to check for updates day and not of sony update, even if I am in charge of sony. 5. There is no update of the software of bluray or anything. 6. my keyboard shortcuts do not work except volume. 7 Sony control has reduced the elements and features for development of speaker stuff are absent, control monitor stuff are missing, etc. 8. I seem to lack of Intel components such as the Intel Management Engine interface and a few others. Sony drivers still checking or what it?

I was going to list the download URL for each article you mention however there is a faster way to get all your drivers.  Download our VAIO - Lite version upgrade tool.  It will automatically capture the Windows 8 drivers for you.

    Go here:

    http://eSupport.Sony.com/Perl/SWU-download.pl?upd_id=8153&SMB=Yes

Note: The VAIO Upgrade too Lite version contains only driver and software from Sony.  It will not contain 3rd party software like PowerDVD for BD.

I would recommend that you reinstall Windows 7--> performing an upgrade (not clean) to Windows 8--> purchase and use the full version of VAIO upgrade tools

Full version of the Upgrade of VAIO tools can be get here:

I have a Pavilion a324x 5years on that old OS is updated Automatic for Windows XP is and work

I had to do a recovery of the system in October because work was'nt automatic updates.  I went today, drivers and software HP site and used product detection tool to find what I need to update my drivers and software.  The result was 49 points.

My question is: How can I know what I need, or CLV telling me I need for most of them, either has to THE already updated everything.

    Thanks for any help

This is the only update, that I would run from this page. All others are more updates and if you have installed Windows XP SP2 or 3 all others have been updated with service packs. • HP Pavilion 23bw: Windows 10 drivers and software for HP Pavilion 23bw

    Good afternoon;

My problem: I used my HP Pavilion 23bw Fortunately, display for the past 18 months or so. The original software includes an application that allows to adjust the display to personal taste or to preset stations. Very well.

Recently, I decided that I had to be more risky in my choice and mode of life. I gave up condoms, refusing to wear a seat belt and installed 10 windows...

It went pretty well... which is, I only had to reinstall all my firewall exceptions McAfee that I needed for the games and browsing the interweb and install the latest drivers for multiple devices. I'm still waiting for Samsung release their driver Windows 10 for their SSD.

Oh, and the HP software for the display disappeared. > Poof When I got to the HP support for the latest drivers and software, I received this message: no software or drivers are available for this product with the selected operating system. Please make a different selection, or visit the product home page.

To be clear, the continuous 23bw to work fine, except that I can adjust is no longer the display through HP software, and while said Device Manager works correctly, it does not show install asked right after the installation of Windows 10.

    Along with; Camera DISPLAY\HWP304B\5 & 27527e7e & 0 & UID4353 requires new installation.
and: driver management concluded the process to install the driver hp_23bw_win8.inf_amd64_f35a2af5beb87993\hp_23bw_win8.inf for the Instance ID of device DISPLAY\HWP304B\5 & 27527E7E & 0 & UID4353 with the following status: 0 x 0

and even if the correct driver is installed, I lost the software.

    My system:

    SSD Pro 840 Samsung

Card mother Gigabyte GA-880GA-UD3H (Rev. 3.1)

AMD Phenom II X 4 955 BE processor 3.20 GHz

MSI NVidia GE Force GTX 960 Graphics Card

    Apevia Iceberg 680W power

HP Pavlion 23bw IPS LED Display

    64 - Bit Windows 10 OS

    So my questions are, of course;

    1. Is there a work around?
    2. Your technicians are furiously working on the software and the updated drivers?
    3. If they are, is there an expected release date?

I hope hear from HP with a solution or a resolution to come and enjoy any time you spend on my problem.

    Hello-

While the HPSA is a nice utility, I am happy to have now, he could not find updates, that the pilots had already been refilled.

What was missing was the "My Display" software. I went to HP Support, software and downloads the driver, which detected my Windows 10 and said "nothing for you here '.

I then clicked on "edit" for the operating system and selected Windows 7 in the Menu dΘroulant.

The Web site bought and gave me a drivers and several utilities.

In utilities, I found 'My view' software, downloaded, installed, him and all is right with the world.

Looks like that could be fixed with a little tweaking.

    Thanks again,

  • Updating drivers for CD & DVD corupts

After today's windows XP update of my CD - RW and DVD disappeared from the 'My Computer' list.  When I go into the device manager that I have failed to load the corrupted or missing device drivers.  I get an error code 39?  Looking for a resolution, thanks JB

    Hello

Code 39 means that the driver is corrupted or missing.

Please make all below even if you have done some before as it is often the set of operations which solves
    the question.

    Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double-click on the device - driver tab - click
Update the drivers (this will probably do nothing) - then RIGHT click the drive - UNINSTALL - REBOOT
This will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue below.

Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a loose cable or
slight corrosion on the contacts (usually for a laptop) and other issues.

Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and
contacts data with a pencil eraser.

    --------------------------------------------------------------

Also check with your system manufacturer to see if there are any updated drivers for your DVD. Or even if it
are you can reinstall the 'old'. Many use Windows default drivers however some special aura
ones. Also check the website of the manufacturer of the car.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.
