    Ok...

Your reference to an "install IE9 update' was quite opaque & open to interpretation for me.

You've just bought Windows 7 Edition home premium x 64 and use it as 3 days. I activated, but the updates stopped two days ofter. Ignore the update history for now. If an update is not listed in the installation of updates, it is not installed.

Thank you for being part of the Microsoft Community.

Error code 0 x 80070057 means that the parameter is incorrect. I would ask that you can run the system update readiness tool and then check if it helps.

    Hello

1st thing to try is a restoration of the system in safe mode

    http://www.windowsvistauserguide.com/system_restore.htm

    Windows Vista

    Using the F8 method:

    1. Restart your computer.
    2. When the computer starts, you will see your computer hardware are listed. When you see this information begins to tap theF8 key repeatedly until you are presented with theBoot Options Advanced Windows Vista.
    3. Select the Safe Mode option with the arrow keys.
    4. Then press enter on your keyboard to start mode without failure of Vista.
    5. To start Windows, you'll be a typical logon screen. Connect to your computer and Vista goes into safe mode.
    6. Do whatever tasks you need and when you are done, reboot to return to normal mode.

I received notification of a firmware update for my TimeCapsule AirPort, then click it to start the update. He seems to have run the update and was himself reboot after the bar got to end state. He came back with a message 'update error occurred'. Now the airport is not at all in the AirPort Utility window. Tried unplugging the power at the airport to force a reboot. Tried the manual reset button, still not joy.ow I have a constant flashing orange.

Now, it's just an amber flashes continuously. And nothgin all appear in AirPort Utility window.

Sorry, don't know what this means, because there are 3 types of resets.

Have you pressed the button of reset for 1 second and then release?

Do you have the reset button during 5-6 seconds and observe the led flashing quickly until you release the reset button?

  • Windows update error 80072EFD

    Hello
I have a laptop of old P750 for 2 months, after they need to do a restore to a disk upward, I now get the above error.
I then decided to do a cover of toshiba with a clean install and still get the same result of windows update is not not able to connect to the server.

I tried everything I can find this error, including the verification of the proxy settings for WU, reset the proxy via CMD prompt settings.

I noticed something interesting while control validation using microsoft MGA diagnostic tool, where windows has been listed as a hat, but note some reports as:

    Validation code: 0
    LegitCheckControl: N/a, hr = 0 x 80070002
    signed: n/a, hr = 0 x 80070002

My understanding is the way to 0 x 80070002 he couldn't connect identical to WU or that files are missing.

I have rebuilt that recommended such c:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution records, turned off all firewall, removed antivirus / software malware but still no luck.

It seems funny how the same thing happens even after a clean drive toshiba recovery.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi all
I want to ask about the bios update 1.30 to 1.80. When I update ERROR 151?

    L20-PSL25E-00100UPL

    Hello

I found information on the download page of the BIOS that 1.8 BIOS update is only for the models of the L20 series that contain "PSL2X", "PSL2Y" or "PSL2Z" in the model number.

Your device has a number of PSL25E. In this case the 1.8 BIOS is NOT compatible with your device!
The procedure to update with this version of BIOS may damage the motherboard.

The latest compatible version of BIOS for your device is V1.3.

Please note: this important step for the update of the BIOS if you n t have serious problems on you laptop. The procedure for upgrading the BIOS is very risky, because as you know by now the procedure or incorrect BIOS may damage the motherboard!
