Uninstall SCCM 2007 ADSI EDIT

Hello team,
WE have SCCM 2007 and it was not used and the server has been removed form the network. I need to downgrade SCCM 2007 via ADSIEDIT... We can you suggestions please?
Adding to it we intend to deploy SCCM 2012 R2, ensure that its completely removed from the AD? Any suggestions would be really great

This issue is beyond the scope of this site (for consumers) and to be sure, you get the best (and fastest) reply, we have to ask either on Technet (for IT Pro) or MSDN (for developers)

I built a 250 X with Win7sp1 Enterprise, used Lenovo System Update to update all drivers, driver and creates a new package of drivers of SCCM 2007.

I added the driver v 12.12.80.1950 Intel I217-LM to the Boot Image, distributed to distruting SCCM points and created a new USB stick to boot using the SCCM Assistant.

When I boot on the USB drive I get the message "cannot find a network adapter valid."

I can see the pilot I217-LM in the boot image. When I connect locally on the laptop, I can connect to a share on another PC, so the driver and connecting to the LAN function. It is only during boot on the key of USB startup problem occurs.

  • How to completely remove and uninstall Xtreeme SiteXpert common edition?

I'm in a need remove Xtreeme SiteXpert Standard Edition from my computer, but I really had no idea of what I need to do? Although Xtreeme SiteXpert Standard Edition is a very useful program. The reason is that I'm unable to update it. I'm really confused with it. Any tips?

    Hi Jacob,

If this is the free version, I do not think that it is supported - so updates are not always possible, but I'm not sure.  Given that the Support will not really help, try the forums to see if they can help you: http://www.xtreeme.com/forum/ if you are interested in using it.

If you eventually want to just it uninstalled (or are already at this time), then proceed as follows:

I recommend you download Revo: http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html and install it and then use it in advanced mode to uninstall Xtreeme SiteXpert Standard Edition (or something like that is called from the program icon).  Who should do the most complete and thorough (when regular uninstall often leave behind remains never get previously cleaned your system).  This is how to remove anything I want uninstalled from my own system.

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

  • SCCM 2007, WinPE30x86 - Optiplex 7040 - No. USB mouse keyboard in WinPE

    Hello!
Im getting OSD works on Dell Optiplex 7040 with SCCM 2007 (Winpe30) of evil. No response from the mouse or keyboard in PE. I created a bootimage with the latest Dell WinPE drivers (tried A18 and A19). Driverpack WinPE from Dell contains 30 USB and 3.1 drivers but no luck-USB. Looks like the Optiplex 7040 have only ports of USB30.
This isn't a problem in our environment SCCM 2012 (WinPE10).

Solved... BIOS has been the root cause. Fra 1.2.1 to 1.2.8 BIOS update fixed the issues.

  • SITE Installation on SCCM 2007 v2.0

    Hi Eveyone,

I try to install the Pack integration of customer Dell (CPID v2.0) for SCCM 2007. In the installation of Dell Guide and in the "Prerequisites to install SITE" section, it states that "you must install all the components of the SITE excluding the value of the guarantee on the same server where ConfigMgr is installed.  It doesn't tell you where to install the utility of warranty.

For those of you who have installed and configured the Dell Utility guarantee to work, on what server or workstation do you have to install it and make it work? Did you install on a Server Site with no installed ConfigMgr and do work or installed on a single Windows Server 2003 or 2008/R2 in the SCCM environment?

In the supplied with CPID v2.0 User Guide, it tells you just how to start to set up without telling you which server to set it up on.

Any information on how to make this guarantee utility work well will be apprecaited.

    Thank you

    TeeDarling77

You can install the utility warranty on your site server (many clients do this).  Other components of the 2.0 SITE were required to be on the site server, but the usefulness of the guarantee do not have this requirement.

My Satellite A200 came with a trial version of Office 2007 which I don't want. It seems not even have installed correctly when Word is open it comes up with an error of installation. Word works after the error message has been closed. I installed my Office XP on the computer and I want to uninstall 2007 as much as when I open certain documents the machine by default the 2007 version.
However, when I go to uninstall starts the process and then just stops and nothing happens - it's still there.
I uninstalled my version of Office XP to see if that makes a difference, but it's not.

  • How do uninstall you windows xp edition that has been installed on xp pro media center?

I want to uninstall windows xp media center edition because I think it's slowing down my computer and the computer unable to multitask. It was installed on xp pro. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi KirkStratton,

You cannot uninstall Windows Media Center, it is an integral part of the operating system. You can stop the process of Media Center to run. After you have upgraded in the only way that you could go back to the previous version of Windows would be to perform a clean installation.

    Follow these steps:

    (a) open the menu 'Start', then click on 'Control Panel'.

    (b) click on add or remove programs. Click on "access to default values and selection programs."

    (c) click on 'continue' and check the "Custom" in the menu drop-down box.

    (d) scroll down to the "Choose default Media Player" section.

    (e) uncheck the box that says "enable access to this program" next to 'Windows Media Center'. Click OK.

  • SCCM 2007 Office package

For the life of me I can not office 2007 to install on via SCCM.  I'm not the new version 1511 and I can load the files source on a computer, run the command setup.exe /adminfile 2007custom.msp and it works fine.

Tried to reproduce this in SCCM and it will not deploy.  Any time, I try to plan its System Center says the package is overdue and needs to be retired.  As much as I'd love to retire from the old software, I have legacy clients who need so I need to be able to deploy it.

    Someone has an idea?

Your question is beyond the scope of these forums focused on consumers.  You should ask your question on the Microsoft Technet forum.

  • CS6 uninstall/Re-installing Student Edition

    Hello

I have a copy of the Standard of CS6 edition for students and teachers. I discovered in my school that my laptop, which has the CS6 installed on it, is not equipped with the graphics card appropriate to effectively deliver programs that I use regularly in my discipline.

I am currently looking at buying a new laptop and re - install my CS6 on the new laptop computer. I have a few questions, however.

    1. I need to uninstall current CS6 on my laptop first before reinstalling the new?

    2. If I re - install CS6, need me a new serial number sent to me by Adobe? I'm not sure if an activation requires a unique serial number.

    3. that I meet all installation problem if I give the same information from student during installation? I have concerns that I could receive an error in the sense of "information of the student has already been used."

    4. should I inform Adobe before reinstalling the software?

I read that before is that I need to disable the program from my laptop, but I was wondering if there was other measures that I have to complete before moving forward. I just want to be sure I have all my ducks in order, and I am now correctly the integrity of the copy.

    Thank you!

    1. I need to uninstall current CS6 on my laptop first before reinstalling the new?

If you do not need the CS6 software on your laptop computer with incompatible graphics card, then of course you can uninstall the software.

But make sure that you disable it before you uninstall in order to maintain the number of activations.

If you want to keep it then also it of OK that you get 2 activation with any software that allow to have the application installed on computer 2, but should not be used at the same time

    2. If I re - install CS6, need me a new serial number sent to me by Adobe? I'm not sure if an activation requires a unique serial number.

No need for new serial number, as indicated in each serial number a 2 activation so you can install on computer 2, but cannot use the application adobe on both computers at the same time.

    3. that I meet all installation problem if I give the same information from student during installation? I have concerns that I could receive an error in the sense of "information of the student has already been used."

Nope, no such error willl not be met.

    4. should I inform Adobe before reinstalling the software?

No, it's your software and you own.
