  OK, it works, in case anyone has the same problem, here's what I did:

  I do not know what has really solved the problem, because after having tested a lot of things, I de - and reinstalled indesign cc and then it worked perfectly.

  Shere is a list of the things I tried.

  -J' have-then reinstalled 3 times between steps

  -J' removed all the other indesign versions that were on my computer (left iD cs4 in my application package which could have confused the installation program)

  -I did this to disable "admin" to block my update. And it worked. but instead of the 'mistakes' admin, another error comes up that told me that the update was not made for my version (it was made for my version, I checked a few times) disable auto update | Application manager | COMPUTER administrators

  -J' copied (a version of the work with the update) files from another computer to mine. (but after that I have of/reinstalled, if these files are gone again)

  -After the last of / reinstall I donloaded the patch again and suddenly it worked.

  I'm not sure what step really helped solve the problem, but I hope that this post will help anyone who is also stuck there.

  You might try to rename your AdobeUpdateAdminPrefs.dat file. Looks like Adobe CS6 and CC have an automatic update mechanism that can sometimes prevent users to see available updates.

  -Locate the file:

  Mac OS	/ Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdaterInventory/1.0/AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat
  Windows 7.0 and higher (32-bit)	C:\Program Files\Fichiers files\adobe\AAMUpdaterInventory\1.0\AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat
  Windows 7.0 and higher (64-bit)	C:\Program files (x 86) \common files\adobe\AAMUpdaterInventory\1.0\AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat

  -Try to rename the file, like AdobeUpdateAdminPrefs - old.dat

  -Restart InDesign

  -See if the update is now available

  Should created using CS5.5 folio overlays be recreated when you change the file for a version of CS6? For example, a floating frame is created in the file/folio Indesign using Indesign CS5.5. Then later, the file is opened and still saved after CS6 is now used - it is saved for CS6, 5.5 is no longer. V27 is used for DPS. Thank you.

  Launched computer today and I was told there are updates ready. Failed updating Photoshop and Illustrator, updated successfully, but the InDesign update.

  I contacted the chat, but they could not help and said I need to contact the product specialist team, but they are available only during the week. Well, I work during the week so hope I can get this resolved by using the community.

  Restart your computer.

  Open indesign, click Help > updates and to proceed using the MAA that opens.

  Concise problem statement:

  Using InDesign CS 6 V 8.0.9

  with DPS 12.3.3.20120911_m_699825

  8.0.9.23

  When you use the "pan & zoom" Folio overlay feature rounded corners do not work correctly on the sidebar content. Instead the image inside the frame "pan & zoom" spills out the rounded edge creating a bad time for those who like rounded corners and rounded corners are ignored...

  Steps to reproduce the bug:

  1 place an image on the stage, select a rectangular frame and click on the yellow box.

  2. set the rays of all the four corners together or a corner, is okay, as long as at least one of the corners are round.

  3. place oversized inside the box content, select the container with rounded corners and turn ON the overlay of Folio "pan & zoom".

  Results:

  When you test the document the corners rounded initially seems to work; However, after the activation of the function "pan & zoom" with a click/touch content charging as expected, but spills outside soft rays of four corners.

  Expected results:

  content should load IN the rays of the four corners in the same way as in the idle state, allowing users to actively "pan & zoom".

  When I shut down my pc overnight. Windows updates try to install, but they fail every time. This happened for bout 4 weeks now. There are 3 updates failed. they are; Microsoft office onenote 2007 update KB980729, the 2007 microsoft office system KB981715 and update of security for Microsoft office system 2007 KB976321. I don't know what to do these updates can install correctly. I have windows 7. I use to have security of norton, but I know I have mcafee. and I've changed programs of security around the same time, I started getting these error codes.

  Sorry, you have problems getting your patches installed. I have a number of things for you to look at.  First of all, your Background Intelligent Transfer Services set to Automaticand started and Windows Update ? You can check these settings by typing services.msc in the search box of the start menu.

  Since they are all Office updates, you can do a repair for office function.  To do this, click the Start button, type programs and features and click the enter key. Right click on Microsoft Office 2007 and choose change.  Choose fix and continue.  Microsoft Office will attempt to fix any problems there (this will) take a few minutes to run.

  Sometimes in order to get patches to install correctly, you must perform these tasks manually.  Download and run each patch:

  KB980729

  KB981715 

  KB976321

  One last thing, you mention that you removed Norton.  Did you use just add/remove programs?  If so, you must run the Norton Romoval Tool (from Norton).
