  For this system, for Windows OS 8.1 > there seems to be no updates listed BIOS.

  BTW, aren't, does not support the HP Support Assistant update your BIOS - you could set the HPSA of notification (in the settings) and then IGNORE the updates to the BIOS offered by this program.  Great tool, but maybe not the best tool for this task.  Always rely on your own judgment and the information contained in the Support of your computer Web site to install updates.

  I wouldn't pay attention to this e-mail.  HP does not have a habit to send emails as such and would not respond to it.

  If your computer is the Pavilion hp 20-bo13w I'm not aware of any BIOS update that was released recently.

  I have a Dell Equallogic SAN PS4100X v7.0.10 and a SAN HQ server in version 3.0.2.7457.

  Yesterday, I get an email that speaks 14.2 error

  Warning conditions:

    • [ID: 14.2] A connection could not be made.
    • The HQ SAN server issued the group SNMP requests, some or all failed.  This condition is probably due to the congestion of the network or has no network connectivity.  The server will try again in 60 seconds.  Check your network connectivity and that the storage group is online.  If the problem persists, contact your Dell support provider.

  If I run SAN HQ Client I can watch a critical alert 14.1: an unexpected Exception in Service. SAN HQ seems to be connected, but there is no newspaper.

  I'm trying to upgrade to 3.2.0.8291 but it's the same problem. Change anything on our side, and I test a snmpwalk with the same community, it works.

  Finally, I don't update the firmware and open a file, I reinstalled SAN HQ (withour keep newspapers) and everything is good now.

  Toshiba Service Station to download and install updates automatically. Normally you n t need this but if it s not working do not try reinstalling applications. You can find it on the Toshiba page too :)

  Hello, I work for the USAF and tried to figure out how to get real Patch Java updates for Java 6. By DoD restrictions we do not allow automatic updates, and I need to download the actual patch update files and install them manually. Where can I download the patch actually?

  6u45 was the last public update: where I can get the latest version of Java 6? If you want to later critical fixes, you must either pay for them or move to Java 7.

  First check what time you saw question, instead of digging because of two days of entire database, always better do an analysis at this time.
  Suggests the alert occurred in check from 09:00 - 11:00, what types of jobs were running.
  Also check what is usual elapsed time and how long its been ran.
  Later on that you can watch AWR reports.

  Given any 2 day report of a sudden, he's going to go wrong with activities of database to the place where you have questions.

  However, I am still not able to receive emails from communication with Oracle for planned maintenance/updates.
  
  As an alternative, I need to check the training and support OR the link version information for a planned activity.
  
  No idea on how to get notifications of work.

  This only happens one or twice a year so I don't expect you have seen it anyway. You need to trigger an SR with Oracle to be added to an e-mail distribution list that sends your pod-specific information. It is an example of communication I received from [email protected].

  This seems to have started after downloading and installing McAfee on 6/17. Updates have been well before that date.
  Service Pack 3 is installed.
  All updates important/critical loading fine up until this date.  I have 11 updates essential and important to load.
  I totally removed McAfee from the PC, including the stage you purchase from McAfee for cleaning the system. Now run the ESET security suite.

• R820 critical e-mail alerts

  We have about 40 x R820 and the r720 in our fleet and have noticed that recently that no email alerts don't arise when a critical alert is logged on a system for example problem or power supply loss memory etc..

  When looking under Alerts we entered the smtp recipients to be alerted and a trial will send an e-mail very well, but also notice that there is a section (alerts and Configuration of remote system logs) where there is an email column and check boxes that are disabled.

  So, I understand that if we want alerts email for any critical event, then the boxes need to be selected?

  Is there a way to make this mass for 40 + servers for all the critical alerts, or is it to make the grind on each box and manually selecting each email alert?

  I don't think that you can add a qualifier after all. If you want to set only critical then I think that you have to define each category separately. Here is a white paper to perform this configuration using OME out racadm commands via the command file. It should make it much easier to make all these changes with several racadm commands.
