Yes. You can download the 10.4.11 Combo Update from Apple from a different computer, copy it to a USB or burn it to a CD and then run it to update your Mac Mini 10.4.7.

Hi ga16belvedere,
Welcome to the community!
You may need to check the firewall settings, if you are in a corporate environment, consult with the INFORMATICS team.
Also, please follow the steps mentioned in http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html and see if that solves the problem.
Thank you!

Windows 7
The original disc was purchased by me and recorded in Eunice b. Kirkman Microsoft would have a record of it?
My laptop has been on the shelf for several years unused until I turned on it yesterday. He tells me that I have an illegal copy of Windows. I know that's not true. I want to take it with me when I visit my son in the month of April, but I'm afraid to use it.
Have you tried to restart by phone?
How to activate Windows 7 manually (activate by phone)
1) click Start and in the search for box type: slui.exe 4
(2) press the ENTER"" key.
(3) select your "country" in the list.
(4) choose the option "activate phone".
(5) stay on the phone (do not select/press all options) and wait for a person to help you with the activation.
(6) explain your problem clearly to the support person.

iPhone says it cannot update OS because I'm not connected to the internet
iPhone says it cannot update OS because I'm "not connected to the internet", but I'm still able to search, go to web pages etc.
At first, I tried with just plugged phone into a charger, but then tried to connect to my iMac via iTunes. He picked up the phone, said I had to update the operating system, made me enter and access code... still the same message "not connected to the internet. HA!
It is a known problem. Apple has just released the 9.3.1 to fix this and other problems. Check the software update on the phone or in iTunes.

Can not verify the update. Not connected to the Internet
I can't get last updated because of the error message saying updates cannot be check because I'm not connected to the Internet. But of course I am.
This happens on 2 Air, Air of iPad iPad and iPad 4. Min and iPhones had no problem updating.
Which seems to indicate it please. I've already removed the network, rebooted setting, delete cookies... all the basics.
Take a look at this article. There are suggestions in there that could help. I have not tried because the date went well for me when I installed it on the date of the initial version.

My iPAD asks me to update to OS 9.3, but the update fails because it says that the iPAD is not connected to the internet and when I connect to my computer iTunes it say my OS is up to date. Help, please.
I'm surprised to hear that for an iPad 2 that the issue had apparently been set for 2 s. Please see this for more details as I know them. Maybe the servers at your site have not been updated yet for the new version of the iPad 2. ???
Apple released the update iOS 9.3 for older devices (air of iPad and previous iPhone, 5 s and previous) due to problems with Activation. See the following for details and possible solutions.
http://www.IMore.com/Apple-working-iOS-93-fix-older-iPhone-iPad
https://support.Apple.com/en-us/HT206203
A new version for the iPad 2 is now available which does not require the activation step. A new version for other devices is not yet available.

Update iOS 9.3 returns an error message saying "not connected to the Internet.
WWhen I try to install iOS 9.3 update on my iPad 1, I get an error saying that the softaare cannot be installed b/c ive Ben disconnected from the Internet (or not connected to the Internet)... which is wrong. I am connected.
Seems that Apple has temporary problems with their activation servers. Many users report similar problem on older devices.

I tried to update to IOS 9.2.1 9.3, but after the update is verified, he said I am not connected to the Internet, but I can get on safari without problem. I have tried rebooting and turning my victory-fi off and turn it back on. I even tried plugging my iPhone hotspot. It happens if my iPad is connected to the power supply or not. Then it gives me the choice to start over, or remind me later. I've never had a problem before update. any ideas?
Because Apple pulled the iOS versions 9.3 to less recent devices. Wait for a patch.

I have a Compaq Presario CQ61-410US (WA974UA) which is equipped with an Atheros AR9285 B/G/N wireless network adapter. The laptop Internet access was fast and stable when using a Wi - Fi N. Its pilot AR9285 was the initial version of the 8.0.0.172 factory. But because there were so many subsequent driver updates, I've updated the display driver version from the support page 8.9.9.316 (sp48755.exe). However, after updating the driver, I immediately lost Internet access. The laptop is running Windows 7 Home Premium with Service Pack 1 and 64-bit.
The driver seems to be installed OK, but it does not connect to the Internet. Here is the status of the driver: 1) in Device Manager it appears OK and is presented as working properly. (2) in the results of IPCONFIG/all, it there is no entry for the wireless adapter and without IP addresses are affected. Here are the results of the IPCONFIG/all command:

I have read several messages from the HP Forum and tried a lot of things, including the installation of various updates driver later thanks to the version 10.0.0.222, but I still can't the driver to connect to the Internet. I also changed my router "n" has only B/G as the AR9285 pilot has a history of problems with Wireless N. Even back to the original driver version 8.0.0.172 provides an Internet connection.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Hello:
I'm glad that you were able to restore your internet connection.
I'd go with the latest driver HP vice one from another source.
The only time wherever I go outside HP for wireless network drivers is if you have an Intel wireless card.
My recommendation is to use the free MS Security Essentials antivirus/antispyware, which never interfere with how "things important works" on your PC, such as network connections.

Your router with a hardware firewall and a software firewall Windows. I don't see the importance of adding other firewalls.
Unless you have a lot of albums secret info on your PC that pirates would like to get my hands on, these fully functional security roadblocks are adequate for most of us.
