  Hi all
  I have a requirement in oracle forms 6i
  
  I have a block of data that is in a table
  There are 5 columns
  1 column is only display and 4 others are normal text fields where we can insert update and delete these records
  My requirement is when a user updates a record that should trigger an alert and the alert should ask if the user wants to update that particular record
  The user presses Yes, then the record should be updated if the record should show as it has been shown previously
  Similarly in case of delete an alert should fire where we have to ask confirmation if the user presses Yes, then the record must be deleted from the database
  otherwise the registration should be visible on the form again as we
  my 3rd requirement which is also
  I have an element field which is the normal text and only display field is the description
  When you enter a new record when I enter in the item field and press tab or navigate outside the scope of the element, then the description of the element must be pouplated in the decsription read only field
  
  Please help me in the above 3 cases
  I'm new to forms
  I use an ID of friends that has a lot of messages

  A simple way is to use Archiver (Administration > Admin Applets > archive)
  Create a new archive (Edit > Add)
  Export (Actions > export)
  Check the delete the revisions after archive successful.

  This gives you a conveniently saved content with no content and all content server.

  Note that this will only remove the content and rating will give you a blank content server Vanilla so things like custom meta data fields, model components security all will remain.

  the user determines a groupname in a text box and press save. Before committing a number of seq will be generated

  Install this update upgrades your system to the latest definitions and will not erase your files. But for your safety, you can move your important data to another drive on your system and restore the same after that update is installed.

  The bookmarks menu is the same, but all have disappeared. Firefox has created another folder on my desktop, but it's all in the code, and I have no idea what is there or how to get back on this version.

  Did you reset Firefox and create a new profile and don't have created Firefox and "Old data Firefox" folder on the desktop with the contents of the old profile?

  If your bookmarks would not allow the new profile then check if there are backups JSON (.json or files compressed .jsonlz4) in the folder bookmarkbackups.

  You should perhaps delete the places.sqlite file and restore a JSON backup in bookmarks (library) Manager.

• Microsoft update has deleted all my files

  How know what update did this so I can get rid of him! OK, here it is...

  I doubt here, that is, if the condition WE in education MERGE gets failed then is it insert/delete all records in/to from the target table.   Is there a parent-child relationship between the tables involved in the triggering event? Is there a foreign key used above the child table that references the parent table?

  If you have a parent-child relationship and a trigger on the parent table must be running some DML on the child table, and, if the child table as a foreign key (FK) back to the parent table, any DML on the child table will cause a recursive SQL statement to check the constraint. Indirectly, this will cause an exception table mutation.

  So watch the dependencies on SOR_O_HISTORY / FS_TEST_HISTORY/all other related table. A FOREIGN KEY can make it to mutate (no pun intended).

  Hope this will help you find the root cause.

  Welcome to the forum.

  In your WHEN-BUTTON-PRESS-trigger, just put your entire code and remove this EXECUTE_TRIGGER thing.

  To remove all verified records within a block, you must loop through the block and delete each record, something like

  Please try and delete preview Cache.

  It is located in the same folder as the catalog in Lightroom. The name of the cache an extract ends with Previews.LRDATA and should be deleted. Not to be confused with *. LRCAT, which should not be deleted

  Default location should folder of the image.

  I'm testing a new program and get ORA-40501 error-could not reserve Record to update or Delete.
  The database prevents users both a motion trigger and a ' clause ' a query data source, type a»»
  the block property. The query itself works fine, I get the error only when I leave the field that I am trying to update.
  I don't know if this is related, but on a multi byte field, touch I new characters are all displayed one after the other
  in the same byte 1 of the form.

  Since you use "clause of" query as a data source, you will need to manage the insertion, update, lock and delete operations on this datablock. If you need to implement on Insertion, on-Update, on-Lock and the removal of the triggers for that to happen.

  I don't know the query that you put in the data source contains a single table or multiple tables. If you have a single table so better to use as a name of the source table and the data table as the data source name. If it contains more than one table, then you must handle transactions on-... Triggers.

  If you don't want to do all the DML operations on this block then.

  In the trigger lock, simply add NULL;

  With automatic updates, you want to lose the data stored on the system.

  Once removed the HDD data can't be recovered. However, you can use your favorite search engine to browse third-party data recovery software and use this software to recover data.
