Update scheduled task orchestration event custom password manager problem

Hello experts,

I'm trying to run a custom on-demand updating the user password in IOM 11.1.1.5

Taken into account in the file input stream, there are 5 users
TSTUSR1
TSTUSR2
TSTUSR3
TSTUSR4
TSTUSR5

Problem that I face is when the update of password change fails for a user and for future users also obtain failed. Say to TSTUSR3 change the password has failed for some reason any (take the example user does not exist) then TSTUSR4 and TSTUSR5 also it is failed.

Note: here the changepassword to TSTUSR4 and TSTUSR5 is get called but I get an orchestration event manager exception like below.

< 9 March 2012 06:26:12 THIS > < WARNING > < oracle.iam.platform.kernel.impl > < IAM-00 80002 > < Orchestration validation failed on the event handler - the password change operation failed >.

  • Adobe Reader update scheduled task? Is this Normal?

    Hello, I started my computer today and as I usually do, I checked my startup items. Adobe Reader and Acrobat Update Manager has been removed from the list. I was confused and after the reboot to see if that fixes it, checked again. Went again. The research, apparently a "Adobe Refresh Manager" with the number of version 1.8.0 has been installed or something. Or at least configured. Check with CCleaner, I looked up from the Startup tab... the Windows tab remained empty from the entrance of Adobe. However check the section of the scheduled task, I found an entry for the update here for some reason any.

    Is this a new feature? Did update the Updater itself and grown from a startup to a scheduled task item? I'm a little worried that something is wrong with my computer. For the record, my Adobe Acrobat had already updated December 9 11.0.10.
    Is this normal now?

    I am running Windows 8.1 32 bit btw.

    Yes, Acrobat and Reader Updater automatically updates itself with the latest version. There is nothing to worry about. Moving to the Scheduler of tasks done checks more predictable updates. Remove the Run key launch improves the system startup. You can probably find other updaters as well in the Task Scheduler, such as Google, Windows itself, Adobe Flash, etc...

    The first thing I would try is more then one instance of ColdFusion
    running, each of them the scheduled task processing. It could easily
    were another ColdFusion process which had been extinguished in the
    Panel of services given to running with the restart of the server.

    That is why ignoreEvent() API is provided in the interface of the IOM.

    But he does this method comapare ignoreEvent() values with IOM user profile user or users process form values?
    Yes, it works for both. The input of this API argument is the name of the resource object and the Office of receiver can be approved / target you created. SO for your resource target reconciliation, it works for you.

  • manages scheduled tasks has stopped working and was closed

    Lately I get this error message often when I start using my Vista PC (Vista Business SP2) in the morning: "manages scheduled tasks has stopped working and was closed".

    And this morning the automatic update of Windows Defender definitions also could not install (so I would be dnld and installed).  Set to automatic update referred to 'unknown error' (8 and 57, I think).

    FYI, sfc/scannow reported no integrity violoations with system files.  I also reconfigured my PC there is to make sure that it is clean, fresh and perfectly up-to-date before reinstalling all my apps, and it's been updated for about 2 months then.

    How this application problem "manages scheduled tasks" can be fixed?  If you don't know, where can I get an answer?  Neither Google nor Bing seem to show any reference to the exact phrase "" manages scheduled tasks has stopped working stopped working '. "

    Update 7/22: I'm starting to suspect a problem of interactions between turn off Vista and [printer] HP Digital Imaging Monitor.  I tried to disable it via msconfig, a couple of days and have not seen the mistakes regularly ever since, but the jury is still pending for another week or two.   I'll report after awhile.

    It is too early to point a finger because we know that all of them have well worked normally in the past and they seem equally at risk of corruption.  For example, I have no these errors when you use the same software HP on my Win7 PC and I don't have these errors for a few months after that the reconstruction of my Vista laptop, so I'm suspecting some piece of software has become corrupted (something in Vista), or something the tracking software program, some windows or component or registry setting software execution to one who relies on the HP printer.

    Update 7/27 edit: Since disabling component HP Digital Imaging Monitor (hpqtra08.exe) drivers HP printer/scanner more than a week ago, I have not seen error messages 'has stopped working and was closed"breed, and Windows Update seems to operate normally.

  • How to upgrade a custom scheduled task setting?

    Hello

    I develop a scheduled task that has a setting called 'Last Run Timestamp'.  I want to this field allows to limit my reconciliation events to those that happened after the timestamp of last Run.

    From my java code, how can I change this field with sysdate/time stamp of the last race?

    I'm running on IOM 11gr2ps2.

    Thank you

    Example of Code using SchedulerService.

    SimpleDateFormat time = new SimpleDateFormat ("yyyy-MM-DD hh: mm: zzz");

    Update the Timestamp of scheduled task setting

    JobDetails job = getSchedIntf () .getJobDetail (getName ());

    HashMap attributes = job.getAttributes ();

    JobParameter = attributes.get ("last Run Timestamp") jobparam;

    String timestamp = (time.format (start));

    jobparam.setValue (timestamp);

    Attributes.put ("last Run Timestamp", jobparam);

  • Change/update user field defined in a scheduled task

    I wrote a notification task to send an e-mail to a manager who has used contract with a contract that expires.

    Once we isolate a user with a contract about to expire, send us a notification to the Manager. The date on which the notification is sent must be stored in the USR in a field defined by the user, "USR_UDF_LASTSENT."

    Update this field USR_UDF_LASTSENT, this is where I'm having trouble.

    I tried to use the UserManager in a couple of ways. Suppose I've isolated a single user using SearchCriteria and the UserManager and have a single user called "currentUser" object I want to store a Date object in the field defined by the user "USR_UDF_LASTSENT". Date now = new Date();

    I tried: currentUser.setAttribute ("USR_UDF_LASTSENT", today); It will work without error, but when I check the DB there is no change to the attribute.

    With a defined instance of the UserManager userManager, I tried: userManager.modify ("USR_UDF_LASTSENT", today, currentUser); That errored out with this error - oracle.iam.identity.exception.NoSuchUserException: IAM - 3054135:No user found for criteria 2 USR_UDF_LASTSENT-9/24/13:58 PM.:USR_UDF_LASTSENT:9/24/13 14:58. Looks like he did a search rather than a change.

    I also tried using the Manager of the entity in the following way:

    Date now = new Date();

    < String, Object > HashMap mapAttrs = new HashMap < String, Object > ();

    mapAttrs.put ("USR_UDF_LASTSENT", today);

    EntityManager entMgr = Platform.getService (EntityManager. class);

    entMgr.modifyEntity ("user", currentUser.getEntityId (), mapAttrs);

    But he returns this error: failure: oracle.iam.platform.entitymgr.UnknownAttributeException: User: [USR_UDF_LASTSENT]

    Is my entityType, 'User' inappropriate in this case? What should be used here?

    How can I set or update this user defined field from a scheduled task?

    Thank you guys. I went to the system of identity and selected management console 'Export' below 'Management System' which, I think Kevin may have been referring to. I had a the AttributeDefinitions xml export for our user-defined fields. In this file, there is a header for the attribute I was looking for:

    ...

    ...

    usr_udf_lastsent

    ...

    I put the string 'LastSent' instead of USR_UDF_LASTSENT in the version EntityManager in my attempt at this task. I think that's what Kevin and delhi have come.

    It does not work:

    ...

    Date now = new Date();

    HashMap mapAttrs = new HashMap ();

    mapAttrs.put ("USR_UDF_LASTSENT", today);

    EntityManager entMgr = Platform.getService (EntityManager.class);

    entMgr.modifyEntity ("user", currentUser.getEntityId (), mapAttrs);

    ...

    But this fact:

    ...

    Date now = new Date();

    HashMap mapAttrs = new HashMap ();

    mapAttrs.put ("LastSent", today);

    EntityManager entMgr = Platform.getService (EntityManager.class);

    entMgr.modifyEntity ("user", currentUser.getEntityId (), mapAttrs);

    ...

    I wonder if currentUser.setAttribute ("LastSent", today); would work... Hmm.

  • After that Ms last update the task manager has changed

    After that the last MS updated, the task manager has changed. I used for the right click at the bottom of the screen, select Task Manager & get 3 or 4? options to select.

    Those I used gave me a chart of the use of Internet + speed info; now, I only get the list of processes, no option & the only way out is to TAP (DO NOT TOUCH!) the ESC key.

    Is this another feature of MS or make me a form of bribery? JV

    Sorry, but I don't really know what the problem is here. In any case, try to roll back OS to an earlier time using System Restore tool. Choose the time prior to installation of update from Ms. Everything should be as it was before.

    Hello Steven,

    Did you ever receive notifications that a virus or malware has been removed from your system recently?
    My only thought is that it is the remains of an infection on your machine.
    It is most likely harmless, but I don't understand why you'd be concerned.
    Do you have any task scheduled to run at startup using Task Scheduler built into Windows?
    I would check to see if there are tasks to run at startup:
