Updated creative cloud stuck at 0% and will not uninstall!
I'm trying to uninstall creative cloud as it just says: "installation of updates 0%" and isn't the shot so it doesn't help and when I uninstall is just show me installing updates screen!

Why the application manager said that muse is updated, when it isn't? And will not let me update?

Sorry for the confusion and frustration.
Because the Muse is an Air application, there are some limitations in the way that we interact with the Application Manager that can cause these types of States in conflict. We have plans that will address this, but unfortunately, it of a complicated situation and will take time.
I'm working on a document that will address all the various installation questions such as this one and post it on the forum and elsewhere when its done. I apologize that this has not happened before and several people were affected than expected.

Creative cloud does not and will not uninstall!
Hello everyone,
I downloaded creative cloud a week ago because I wanted to test Illustrator and some other app before paying for a subscription.
It worked fine for a few hours and then it stopped.
Now when I click on the CC icon the cursor wheel turns for a few seconds and then nothing happens.
I tried everything that was suggested to the page:

I tried what had been proposed to another user in the forum who has had the same problem and had resolved
with no result
I tried to uninstall CC (to do a fresh install), but apparently, windows can't touch this shit.
I tried to use the uninstaller CC downloaded from

but with little success: he told me the uninstall was completed with errors, but when I checked CC was still there.
I tried to uninstall Illustrator and InDesign, thinking that their presence may prevent CC to uninstall correctly.
I managed to uninstall InDesign, but apparently, windows cannot do anything to remove Illustrator.
Now on my PC, I have Illustrator (which works but will help in itself) and CC which is not and I cannot get rid of one of them.
I don't know why but I never had these problems with free or inexpensive software.
My question is: are there at - there a way to fix the creative cloud?
If this is not the case, how can I get rid of him? It does not take too much space, it is true, but I don't want to be reminded of time I lost trying to make it work.

Support Assistant does not and will not uninstall
I have HP Pavilion g series laptop running Windows 7 and used and fairly regularly updates from HP support Assistant. Recently, whenever I try to run HP Support Assistant I get the message "HP Support Assistant has stopped working"
When I continue and follow the link "Check online for a solution", nothing happens.
I tried the uninstall programs and features in Control Panel, but it will not uninstall. When the uninstall process early, I get an error message: -.
"Error1316 a network error has occurred trying to read the file C:\Windows\Installer\HPSupportAssistant.msi.
Uninstalling then rolls back leaving the program on the computer and it is still in the list of installed programs and features.
Therefore, I am unable to do a clean install of HP Support Assistant. I tried to install on the version on my computer and get a message "the following file is already on your computer c:\setup\SP64126\Metro.xml you want to overwrite this file? I click 'Yes to all' installation is over in a Flash and Assistant support still does not work. The same message reappears. A vicious circle. How can I uninstall?

Try these,.
Run this FixIt before performing the steps below.
1. download the executable HPSA you product site (OR) click on the portable computer option listed here at the top right of the page.
2 download and install 7-Zip.
3. open 7 - Zip and browse to the executable file HP Support Assistant.
4. right click on the OGANotifier_ENU.msi HPSA and select 7 - Zip > Archive open.
5. a new window should open, showing a folder without a name.
6. click on the icon of the snippet at the top of 7 - Zip.
7. a window should open asking where you want to extract this file.
Choose a location and name a folder to make it extracted. For example, c:\users\username\documents\hpsa and this file without a name would be extracted from this place.
8. in Windows, navigate to this newly extracted folder. Click UninstallHPSA.exe, and then select run as administrator.
Delete SP64126 C:\Setup folder if its seen here
9. now that the uninstall program is run in administrator mode, REBOOT.
10. once the system is back on again & loaded completely, go to the extracted folder. Right click on setup.exe, and select run as administrator.
11. follow the installer until you get a successful installation message.
This would remove HP Support Assistant and reinstall it.

My creative cloud is not properly updated, so I thought I would try uninstalling and reinstalling. However, it won't let me not uninstall it either because it is said that some software Adobe is already running. I don't see any good running. Suggestions? Thank you!

I am stuck in a loop here:
The application of CC desktop does not show anything in the window and I can not access its tools.
After several restarts and attempts to restore the 'connection' with in the desktop app I tried the following:
(1) downloaded to install again the CC desktop application, I get an error about 1/2 on the way through the configuration "Set - up Creative cloud has stopped working".
(2) then I tried to uninstall, it says: I can't do it without uninstalling my 'creative Cloud applications' (Photoshop and Lightroom)
(3) I try and uninstall CC Photoshop or Lightroom CC and they give me error that says "Adobe Application Manager is required to solve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy... «, following this link and instructions later leads me to have download the CC desktop application, which will not install...» (return to step 1)
I think you get the picture...
The PS and LR run, just will not be able to update or use other features CC from the desktop application until it is resolved.
How in fact re - install the desktop application (which seems to be damaged) so my CC Desktop applications are working again (able to update etc...).
Help with this would be much appreciated.

You don't have to re - install Muse.
When you start your muse and he says that it is a trial version, it on this screen, you should see an option for "Your software license", click this option and then Muse will be asked to sign in validating your license.
