  I suggest you to uninstall Service Pack 3 temporarily on your computer.

I've updated my CC Photoshop yesterday and now I can't access the marquee and lasso 'hidden' in the Toolbox options. There is no small triangles in the lower right corner of these tools.   HI Mciac,

  You can easily switch between the rectangular and elliptical marquee selection on your keyboard, same tools exactly how you do it depends on how you have set things up in Photoshop preferences. Each tool in the tools Panel are accessed by pressing a certain letter on your keyboard. The rectangular and elliptical Marquee tools can be selected by pressing the letter Mand switch between them, you press M new by itself or you will need to press SHIFT + M. Again, this depends on how you set it up in preferences.

  In the new Photoshop CC 2015, we have an option to customize the toolbar according to your needs.

  If you have a few missing tools, then simply click on 'three points' are at the bottom of the Control Panel tool bar and customize tools later.

• Updated Photoshop CC and now it crashes.  How should I take this back to before the update?

  I spent 3 hours this afternoon trying to get help from the cat but nothing is fixed.  I have photoshop, lightroom, and bridge.  Updates to Lightroom and bridge agree. How can I reinstall the CC PS before the update?  My Macbook Pro is not able to manage it, maybe... being older video card.  I have a backup on my external hard drive, but it does not work correctly if I'm well obviously not doing it correctly. I'm not all that technical, but I can follow the exact instructions.

  My Office CC is not any 'previous Versions' of applications so I can't take it back to 2014 version.

  im a newer user of lightroom 5 on MAC, but have learned quite quickly.

  I've been editing a series of photos, and while it picks up today I forgot to plug my Lightroom external storage drive on my laptop.

  So without thinking, I plugged the drive in my laptop, hoping that the drive appears and synchronization.

  Right now, all I have is a twirly on-screen Rainbow.

  Don't know what to do.

  Can I close Lightroom and save all my changes?

  I have to unplug the drive and restart lightroom?

  Problem solved.  It seems that Finder on a MAC has been frozen / broken so he did not see the drive.

  I uninstalled the external storage drive, created a folder on the desktop and exported all the pictures that I was working on since Lightroom where.

  I closed Lightroom (and upgraded to 5.5), killed the Finder and restarted my laptop.

  Inserted my external storage of Lightroom and it has been recognized, grew up in Lightroom and everything was fine.

  Go back to the BIOS and the BIOS to its default values and restart.  See if get you your audio files.

  Try reinstalling the audio driver, if it does not work.

  Try a hard reset of the laptop.

  You will need to borrow an installation disc to a former operating system Microsoft - Windows 95, 98 or me. There is no way around it. If person don't you know is an older drive, you can borrow for a few minutes, you will need, you will need to either buy a copy full XP or take the unit to a local computer professional to do the XP installation for you.
