All of a sudden I have no longer both bookmarks and history shortcut icons on the toolbar at the top of the page. When I customize they times see, but when I leave the only of them customize shows. In order to have the icon favorite, I have to remove the story and vice versa.

  I upgraded to Win10 and had to reinstall my HP software.  Now the HP software shows that the printer.  I don't have the option to scan or fax from the HP software.   Ran the HPDoctor and said msg that some updates have been made to correct the scanner.  Ran the scan test and got a msg that the scanner was not available, but I was able to scan from the software Windows FAX/scan very well.  Help!  I prefer to use the HP software for scanning.

  The setting in tools > Options > tabs: "new pages should be opened in ': 'a new tab/window' is for links that specify a target window to open the link.
  
  This option allows to divert these links into a new tab instead of a new window.

  Links that do not specify a target still open in the current tab, unless you redefine with a middle or click Ctrl left click (new tab) or a left click UPDATE (new window) or via the context menu.
