  This system worked before Windows 8.1 it has been upgraded to Windows 10 last year. It's my boyfriends computer and last night it kept getting blue screen dreaded with errors on his hard drive. He kept ignoring. Then, his computer's battery died and when he started upward, he could get a blue screen and act as if it would repair itself and would just start all over again. He was going in a loop. He did not know what he was doing, but searched on the Internet and ended up messing around any more.

  When I try to recover, repair, reimage or anything other that to reinstall, it goes back to the screen I mentioned above which does not allow me to do anything about this either, with the exception of past at the command prompt, which is X and not C. I did a dir/w and only seen the windows files are here , but under the users directory, documents and images are empty, so don't know if it's even watch what I think it is.

  When I want to install Windows 10, everything goes smooth and then bam, he wants that pilots. I can't find the drivers for this laptop who don't have the .exe and require installation. This notebook is not a CD/DVD player on it. I don't mind doing a reformat and start all over, if I could recover his pictures on his hard drive. They are his grandfather.

  I'm afraid that the PC is now a useless paperweight because of the BIOS update has failed.  There is usually no recourse other than to replace the motherboard.

  If all goes well, you were able to recover the files before that happened, and if not, get a SATA cable adapter USB and read the hard drive on another PC.

If I connect the printer directly to my laptop, USB port, it prints as expected.

  The print driver is up-to-date. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the printer and print server and have also tried to reset the print server and the router, to anything will do. Any help to fix these problems is greatly appreciated!

  Try reinstalling the drivers in the State of clean boot from the link provided below and check if the problem is resolved.

What it meant, I've been waiting for more than an hour and the other 2 hours was just repeat me until I came here. Which is always without using Lightroom.

  So I downloaded the trial version of Lightroom CC... went through the steps. Now, I have 2 versions of Lightroom on my computer and none of them will open. They open my dashboard in my toolbar and bounce just here.

  I tried to sign in and out of my Adobe account several times with no luck. I'm on delays for customers. I'm in the middle trying to print... now, he ate my entire day! I really hope someone can help me, because no one at Adobe seem to.

  OK, my apologies, it wasn't the cause Windows security updates.  It was a firewall (of course, this kind of thing isn't always a firewall), introduced when I installed a VPN (Checkpoint R70) client.

• CC FOR 2014.  Now, the AVCHD files have no audio.

  I have a mac and I have recently updated to the first Pro CC2014.  My AVCHD files that worked before the update have no more audio.

  I opened an earlier project that uses the same files and it works very well.  However, when I load the same AVCHD files into a new project, I have no sound.

  Any ideas?

  A few things to try:

  • Choose Help > Sign Out, restart Premiere Pro, select help > Sign In. It allows to activate the application.
  • Also, some users have had success using Adobe Cleaner and then reinstalling Premiere Pro (on Mac).
  • Another user (Windows) managed by the OS reinstallation, and Premiere Pro.
