  I'm trying to publish a movie on this computor in Windows Movie Maker. The files are .wmv with a band his .wav and are all stored on my computor. I performed this task with success several times and there is enough free space on the computor.

  Absolutely not. You're misinterpreting things. Activation does not happen when you simply run the installer, although later.   Once that is done, don't forget to disable the HAA to save it in case it is necessary once again and for safety reasons (since people often try to hack into systems using this account).  Do NOT use the HAA as your administrator account because if you lose the only administrator on the system account or it is damaged again, then you're watered.  Once this is done, connect using one of the new administrator accounts and you will once more control of your system (but you should always use a standard account for your work on a daily basis for security reasons).
