  After a few days of operation, noticed that my automatic updates, Microsoft and Symantec had no place. I added the IP address of the respective servers to my ACL containing the global pop3, smtp, ftp, and http to not match IP to those before the pop3, etc... Then, I ran my liveupdate and handled everything very well. When I look at the logs for the SAA, I notice that it treats the file from Symantec as spyware and shows it as a damaged zip file not scanned. I'm not blocking any type of downloadable file. If it's a problem of URL filtering, I would simply add symantec as authorized site. But since it is seen as spyware, there is no management for this except to turn on or off. Any ideas or insight? Running the latest code of any which is downloadable and CSC is also updated to def just fine.

  Hi, I have an Envy Touchsmart J001 TX laptop.  I've upgraded to 8.1 Windows a few days back and my pc was working fine. Yesterday, my WIFI and Bluetooth stopped being detected.

  I checked Device Manager and it does not show the adapters. My system has BT Ralink and Realtek wifi b/g/n.

  Restart the system, WiFI present themselves and worked normally, but on next reboot disappeared again.

  The physical plane mode button is orange and pressing or off change in the status of shows like airplane on or off but the notification area icon mode shows no change.

  The network and sharing Center shows not router WIFI in the settings of the card and even the menu of configuration of Windows 8 don't tell no detected wirelessadapter.

  I've updated my drivers and even my BIOS. Earlier I got the version of BIOS INSYDE F.24 and current installed BIOS is INSYDE F.53. Here is the log file in the folder SWsetup containing the unzipped BIOS file. I think that the BIOS is not installed correctly. Please analyze the log file and do not tell if you see something wrong.

  My dad recently bought a Microsoft LifeCam HD - 3000.and installed on his computer. It runs Windows XP. When he tries to use the webcam, it shows a live image of the room, but if I am connected via Skype, I see a stock image (their icon). He gets the following error message "try to reduce the video resolution (it has already informed on the lowest setting) or the shutdown of unused applications.»    It doesn't have a browser or other programs that are running. There is one 'other info' link that shows the LifeCam help but doesn't really help. Any suggestions?
