  Details on what you mean by "12i" - pl are you referring to the R12? The same version of workflow is also applicable to the R12. All seeded workflows that have been adapted will probably have to be re-custom after upgrading to R12. For custom workflows, you must determine if there is a continued need for them in R12 - if there are, they must be modified on an individual basis according to the needs

• How to purge the Workflow queue after upgraded to R12 before the Mailer WF?

  We are about to upgrade to R12.1.3 of R11.5.9.
  
  As part of the test, I configured and started the workflow Mailer in the new system. As soon as I did, the system began to send only a ton of notifications of recent approvals of requisition apparently waiting in line in the system. WF Mailer has been down since I did the last upgrade test.
  
  We intend to approve applications from before the changeover in the old system, so there should be no e-mail notifications in the waiting. Is there a way to msg_state of these notifications was updated in the table wf_notification_out with a value of "READY", so we can ensure that we will have a clean system, and users will not receive notifications about recent requisition approvals?

• R11 in English American r12 upgrade patch driver error

  Is my old version 11.5.10.2 with 10.2.0.3 database... and I want to upgrade r12... and I went through some steps and now I'm in this procedure:
  Run the upgrade of American English patch driver
  
  CD $AU_TOP/patch/115/pilot
  options adpatch = nocopyportion, nogenerateportion
  Please enter your AutoPatch driver file name: u4440000.drv
  
  while I do this patch starts and it gives me this error
  
  ATTENTION: all workers have failed or are pending:
  IMPOSSIBLE: folder csddrpid.sql worker 1.
  IMPOSSIBLE: folder csrdrop.sql worker 2.
  
  I have try adcrtl, but it is not solved my problem. I checked the log of the patch file, but there is no further details. It shows the same error... I looked metalink but can't find anything about this error

  If you go to 12.0.4, you will need to apply u6394500.drv driver. I think that u4440000.drv is the pilot to upgrade to R12 (12.0) but not 12.0.4

  You must use both the - MOS Doc 798258.1 has essentially updates the upgrade process R12.1.1 - read through the Doc and select the sections marked for upgrade - it will refer you to the sections in the "R12.1.1 guide upgrade 11i" as needed.

  While you upgrade, it is recommended to apply the maintenance R12.1.3 pack immediately after the R12.1.1 upgrade.

  A friend of mine is the site of customers and has been requested by the Client to submit the detailed procedure or documentation for the upgrade not R12 from 11i (forgotten ask the exact Rel).
  
  As I am not very clear or what is require accurate, can you gurus tell me what is the doc to be presented to them (as it had been requested for the task under tasks and details).
  
  By any chance do it need to follow the steps of the GOAL or is there any other realted to Doc Oracle recommended to follow while making these stesp update that can be submitted to the management / Busisess users so that they can get an idea of what is the steps involved in this procedure.

  • Reboot several times, and then try again.

• Error in workflow POAPPRV after downloading wft

  Hello experts,

  I have a requirement to change the workflow POAPPRV, started by I downloaded the workflow of the simultaneous "Definitions of Workflow Loader" program and open the wft file from the manufacturer of workflow and not changed anything and I just try to save the wft file and I get below warnings/errors. Could someone please help me why I get this error on workflow seeded?

  382: 1 WARNING (s) generated by a Validation of the design.  You can save the invalid definitions, but they should not be used in the running process.

  354: failed to validate 'SAVE' for the activity "POAPPRV/AME_ROUTING".

  362: validation failure of the activity of the child ' POAPPRV/GET_NEXT_APPROVER_AME '.

  360: ' & OPERATION ' validation failure of the transition "NO_NEXT_APPROVER_ESIGNER" activity "WFSTD/END.

  350: invalid code result of the transition "NO_NEXT_APPROVER_ESIGNER".  The transition codes must be codes of valid research for the result type of the original activity.

  Dear Experts,

  I'm already installed Oracle E-business R12.1.1 (new installation without patch update after installation is complete).

  However, now I will install a new VM on Oracle Linux 5.4 then level to R12.1.3.

  I'm looking in and read too many articles in the Oracle support on how to install 12.1.1 and upgrade to R12.1.3, I found too many documents and patches.

  My question, is there any document makes instruct me to install requisit-pre and post requisit for installation and the upgrade?

  Recently, our R12.1.3 upgrade task completed with 3 days of work as downtime. We want to reduce this time out. Is there that a recommended purge operations are available (in 11.5.10.2) before upgrading to R12.1.3 to reduce downtime?

  2. not finding good documentation on R12.1.5 on metalink. Is there a shareable PVR if someone of you have it with you.
  3. This would probably be my first question. Is R12.1.5 a public release? I ask this question because I am not good information available on the upgrade to R12.1.5 roadmap.
