  never remove any program installed on a windows operating system, always uninstall.

  You can uninstall cs5 before or after the installation of the cs6. or, you do not need to uninstall, at all.

  If you uninstall before installing the cs6, you will be asked your serial number cs5 (in addition to your cs6 series.  If you leave cs5 installed, you won't need the cs5 serial number to install your cs6 upgrade.

  When you start the upgrade of the cs6, you will be asked the cs6 serial number.  After you have entered this installation will proceed if your cs5.5 installation is detected.  If the installation of cs5.5 is not detected you will be prompted to select a product qualification (select cs 5.5) and then you will be prompted for your serial number cs 5.5

  I upgraded to CS5 in CS6 (cloud) over the long weekend and I'm now facing a massive headache. Process actions that I use extensively for my work are all foxed by the simple problem reading action going too fast for the script on two documents to stand. I've tried everything I can think of, but the only thing that allows the action to progress substantially (as in previous versions of the software) is the step by step playback mode. It's too slow to use on an ongoing basis.

  Closed - registration No.

  (PS automatically selects previous document)

  This is where Photoshop choose the previous/underlying document before applying the Paste command. Since the upgrade its been trying to paste the Clipboard in the fraction of a second after the closure and by selecting the previous document and have reported no documents available to all. Slow down or if stop playback with step by step or stop and continue works around the problem but the workflow causes to slow down considerably.

  I juxt writing to thank you for your help. I guess I got my problem fixed. I went through another long Chat session. At the end of the day, I think that they think that the problem is related to the language. I know I deleted a large number of unnecessary languages try to slim down. The error notice I had the language concerned, it still doesn't work, but PS works and no cat said I had installed so English to ignore uninstall it reinstall guest. I don't feel real comfortable with that, but I guess it works. All this is not denying your effort to help me. I appreciate it. I think I found the box aside and giving you an exceptional.
