  You have a following ordinary CS3 (standard, premium, master, web, etc.) which can be upgraded to a new suite CS5... you just pay the price of education for CS3.

  Sorry, but the answer is no you can't pass a suite to a single product.  A lot of people miss this restriction if you choose to purchase the Suite.  Adobe locks for purchase of upgrades for all once more that you've crossed him not you.  So the short answer is that you must purchase the upgrade for the entire suite.

  You have a small screen?  Who does not respect the minimum of 1024 x 768 pixels in Photoshop maybe?

  but they can't be updated to cs4 or beyond and own cs5 has no relevance to what you can do for updating cs3.

  However, you can use your cs5 upgrade IF, when it was purchased, your cs3 was a product calling.

  you might find that out by starting your cs5 install.  You will be asked your cs5 serial number.  After you have entered it will ask you for a product upgrade qualifying.  If you can select your cs3 product, you will be prompted for the serial number cs3 and cs5 installation.

  Ultra games are not part of the CS5 Production Premium. Only the key effect is.

  You can always use Ultra CS3 on the same computer as CS5 Production Premium.

  When I try to install the upgrade, the serial number for CS4 update is accepted, then asks the old serial number CS3 confirm upgrade

  I called the Customer Service who is in the United States, because the United Kingdom only works when I'm at work and not in front of the PC at home from Monday to Friday

  so this small problem costing me a fortune in calls. Customer service tell me to hold CTRL + SHIFT during set up the screen to generate

  the challenge code - it does not work. Tried uninstall + do reinstall still no luck. Someone else had this problem?
