  I have such a problem that the changes made to the JNLP file at the server level are not being updated the JNLP file at the level of the customer if the application is started from a shortcut on the desktop. In my real application I had this experience when adding a jar library to the distributed application on HTTP, but I realized the following example where the source code of a JNLP application (distributed in the local file system) has been changed.

  The original shortcut should always point to the original code base. This is normal. In addition, I don't see how you can expect a JNLP installed (on the client side) to guess it's supposed to now recover the JNLP since a different code base!

• PowerVault MD3220i error (insufficient ability to backup device Cache)

  I recently upgraded to the latest firmware on my HP MD3220i and installed the corresponding update of the NVRAM.

  After you install the update, I get the following error in MDSM.  I checked the cache backup capacity and the total used the two related 1 680 MB.

  Is there a reason that the error occurs and what is the best approach to fix this problem?

  I checked the forums but don't see anything specific in addition to replace the module or the upgrade of cache memory.  Otherwise, the device works without problem, but like most of you, I hate this clear amber flashing in a data center perfectly Blue :)

  I am facing a problem with Photoshop after that I upgraded to Windows Pro 10, as part of the upgrade, my cache of police has been altered and I had to reinstall all my fonts, it worked with everything on my system so far except Photoshop.

  I just restored my entire police cache (I only had installed system fonts) and after installing over 1000 fonts and photoshop is restarted, my problem seems to be solved.  No idea what font fixed it!

• Undetected RAID array

  I use a HP DL180 G5 equipped of an E200 HP controller.

  I built two RAID arrays using the E200 controller

  1 65 GB hard drive

  4 HDDs of 750 GB in RAID 5

  I was able to successfully install ESXi 4.1 and everything seems to work without problems.  Except that I am unable to see the matrix RAID 2 to.  I am able to see the 1 65 GB drive, because that's where ESXi is installed.  But I can't seem to find the matrix RAID 2 to anywhere.

  I tried to do a new analysis of all storage cards, but it is not always see it.  I tried to rebuild RAID 5, but it is not always see it.

  When you run fdisk-l on the tech support console it does not show the RAID 5 array anywhere. I also ran lspci and it does not detect the Smart Array E200 mass storage, but it does not detect the RAID array.  DF not to see no more.

  I don't know where to go from here.

  What are the troubleshooting steps I can go through to find the missing RAID array?  I'm assuming that they will have to be performed from the CLI.

  I have not tried to install 4 independent labels still to see if we can see them or not.  I'm sure that the disks are always good as I was running this server as a target iSCSI using Solaris 10 until a few weeks before.

  ESX has a limitation for the disk/LUN 2 TB sizes less than 512 bytes. Assuming that you are running the latest firmware on the E200 and the upgrade of cache installed (required for RAID5) I recommend you remove the 65GB disk and create a RAID5 with 4 x 750GB disks. Since the RAID 5 create 3 logical volumes, for ESXi and 2 x 10 GB ~ 1 TB for VMFS data storage. You need to do this, use the ACU on the SmartStart CD utility.

• HP Pavilion g7-2004sd suitable for implementing SSD caching and upgrade ethernet card

  I intend to buy the laptop mentioned above, which comes with a 750 GB (5400 RPM) HDD, Windows 7 64-bit operating system.

  To make programs run faster, I want to do an upgrade of SSD with the Intel SSD 313 caching.

  The store where I buy the laptop does not support this, but I was told that the standard HP warranty is not null when done elsewhere. My question what is the best choice for caching, for example 20 GB (by the Intel SSD 313) or by implementing caching of Corsair SSD 60 GB, assuming that, on the motherboard, there is a space for installation of the caching.

  Is it also possible to upgrade the ethernet card and replace the default map with this one:

  Intel WiFi 300Mbps (6235 N) + Bluetooth 2.1, 2, 1 + EDR, 3.0, 3.0 + HS, 4.0 (WHEAT) (dual 2.4 Ghz & 5.0 Ghz band)

  To be honest, I'm not sure that this system will support the caching of the WSSD.  Pagedownload of systems that caching of the WSSD to support have usually a driver Intel RST available under chipset on the software and drivers.  This feature is generally reserved for the final product lines more high as ultrabooks and some Envy laptops.

  Page 41 of this guide lists the available wlan modules that will work in this book.  If it is not in this list and was not ordered to HP, then the wlan card will not work.

  To be honest, looks like a Ultrabook as is this a more of what you are looking for because it comes with a cache of WSSD drive.  It does not list the technical details, but it appears when the customization of the laptop and it is not removable during the configuration of the laptop.

• 4-1043CL ENVY: ENVY 4-1043CL 10 upgrade Windows - works VERY slow, suspicious cache drive does not

  Hi there - put on day of Windows 7 64-bit of Windows 10.  Update seems to be fine - no errors, the system starts and 10 Windows deskop seems to struggle and work - but performace is terrible compared to Windows 7.  The start-up takes ~ 2:15 for the desktop to appear first, then ~ 3:30 total for applications to load (hourglass disappears).  Firefox takes ~ 1:30 to open go icon click to show my Yahoo home page.  MUCH longer than using Windows 7.

  I suspect that the cache of 32 GB drive configuration have not upgraded correctly.  I have uninstalled and installed the latest drivers Intel RST (dated 26/08/2015, using SetupRST.exe from the Intel download site) - the Intel RST icon finally appears in the system tray and wrote that the RST is running correctly.  Intel RST is enabled in the BIOS.

  Update: swapped stock a new SSD HARD drive (500 GB, but a 240 GB should be fine for most), removed the drive to boost 32 GB mSATA (is more necessary since the main drive is SSD), and did a clean install of Windows 10.  This laptop now works fine.

  BTW, the one feature that does not have a driver through the W10 std install in Device Manager appears to be satisfied by the «HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection Software» fashion

  This notebook should be good for a few years.

• Upgrading an Envy 15-j171nr with 8GB and 24GB SSD 16 GB cache

  I'm a 15-j171nr with 8GB and 24 GB SSD cache. Whe I have it set to purchase the Configurator said the cache of 24GO was incompatible with more than 8 GB of RAM.  'Maintenance and Service of Guide' (p/n 733845-001) said the same thing on page 5:

  «mSATA SSD»

  Support for mSATA 24 GB SSD (not available on the computer equipped models with 16834 or 12288 MB of system memory or a 256 GB or 512 GB SSD)"

  My questions are:

  -How are they incompatible?

  -How do you upgrade a 8 GB to 16 GB model during the withdrawal of the mSATA 24GO card?

  The additional DIMM module is physically incompatible with the mSATA map, they install in remote locations. I guess it could be a thermal or issue of power but neither part draws a lot of power or generates a lot of heat. This is * not * a problem with software compatibility. How will I know? Because I advanced and installed the extra 8 GB DIMMS and the laptop continues to operate correctly, but now has 16 GB or RAM.

  The question about the upgrade is because when you use the card as a cache mSATA configuring map mSATA and the mechanical drive as a RAID array. I guess when you remove the mSATA card you must rebuild the image of the operating system on the drive of 2.5 inches.

  Some people report if they switch to 16 gigs, they start to become quick start Intel and Intel Rapid Storage errors. If you're not, then you do not experience incompatibility. I think that HP will not sell 16 concerts with the WSSD of 24 concert because if you are using Intel Rapid Start the MSSD has contain the entire contents of the RAM and all the other files that have been stored there for hibernation. 24 concerts can be a little tight. Map of the WSSD is not accessible from the service Bay. It is hidden on the motherboard. You can actually slow down the main drive of the WSSD through the Intel Rapid Storage console. If you have installed 16 gigs and are having no problem just keep using the laptop and count you lucky. If you need assistance more let us know. I have a very similar model: the Envy 17-j029nr and played well with all the features of hard drive so I feel pretty good with her speed.   Safari/Preferences/Advanced - activate the menu to develop it, then go ahead and empty Caches. Quit/relaunch Safari and test. It could upset some sites no longer recognizes your computer as one that has visited the web site. Go to Finder and select your user folder. With this Finder window as the windshield, select Finder/display/display options for presenting or order - J.  When the display options opens, check "show the library folder. This should make your visible user library folder in your user folder.  Select Library./Caches/com.apple.Safari/Caches.db, and then move it to the trash.

  Go to Safari preferences/Extensions and disable all extensions. Test. If correct, enable the extensions one by one until find you which extension is causing the problem.

  Perhaps on A6000 you have the full menu as I have in the S90, but basically the only option is to check the version of the interface user of Vibe. Indeed, if you are already running on the Android, your UI Vibe version is 2.5 or higher. The Vibe UI 2.0 was KitKat Android last year, and the bubbles were only for Lenovo Vibe X 2 (maybe a few other top models like Lenovo Vibe Z2). Models that are not called Vibe like Lenovo S90 (my phone) or Lenovo A6000 never had bubbles. However, they had Vibe 2.0 to KitKat and now Vibe 2.5 in lollipop.
